His home appliance repair service started in Edmonton and he has been providing great service to his central Vancouver Island customers since 1995. We provide home appliance repair service to the areas between Ladysmith to Parksville on Vancouver Island Canada. Our hours of operation are: 8:00-5:00 Monday - Friday. Please book an appointment for service on a Saturday, emergencies and after regular hours. Call Rick today! No matter if your dishwasher is overflowing or your fridge has stopped working, Rick can solve the problem. QCB Service Call fee includes all trips to your home or business that are required to complete the job. Once we are at your location, our hourly rate is a "Buck a Minute" or $60 per hour. QCB Service Call fee and our hourly rate do not include parts, supplies and/or applicable taxes.

I phoned QCB on recommendation from JLO electrical. Our dishwasher had stopped working. Rick was quick to get back to me and gave me a few tests to run to see if there was a simple and a quick fix to the problem. I called Rick when the stove and oven in the house I had just bought didn't seem to work. When I explained what was wrong Rick suggested I check the pilot lights. I did and that was the problem. I fixed it myself. Many companies would have known the problem and would have come to my home and charged me. I TOTALLY appreciate QCB and their very gracious approach. I would recommend them to everyone.

These are the facts of my experience with this company. After reading, ask yourself if you want a company like this servicing you.
I have a Samsung dishwasher, purchased from Future Shop, that had a faulty dishwasher detergent flap. I called customer service and they assigned the fix to QCB. I called Rick, the owner, and explained to him that I had an issue with the dishwasher flap. He told me that he needed to order a part before coming to my house to assess the situation. Why someone would assume they know how to fix a problem without looking at it first is beyond me.
