I grew up in Toronto and Scarborough, and did all my university education through the University of Toronto. I guess I bled blue for about eight years in getting through my undergraduate and Doctor of Dental Surgery. I opened this practice from scratch in 2004 and wanted it to be the kind of practice where patients of every age group could come to get a wide variety of services, in a family friendly environment.

I love the staff at Buroak Dental and the way they make us feel as their patients. They were highly recommended by my sister whose whole family goes to this same office in Markham (they have numerous locations) . The entire staff is very personable, friendly, kid-centric and very team-oriented, which I love and hugely appreciate. Being team-focused means efficient customer service!

My family & I have been going to that clinic, since it's inception. Moved away for a while. Came back, because no one does it like Dr Gupta. He is very kind , knowledgeable, and a master of his science. Grown very human as well. Very clean & relaxing environment. COVID-19 restrictions in place. I only go to the BEST.

Will not go back again to this place again. They are not transparent with their fees and my brother was diagnosed to have two filling. When the surgery was done, the Doctor told me he has filled 4 and I am completely unaware of that. This not only went over my budget and I was completely disappointed on the service and if you are going there, double check with the doctor in terms of services and fees. But I dont recommend going to this place at all.

I was a little apprehensive about going because it's a little bit out of our way but I was won over by the experience. The front staff were very friendly, accommodating and informative from start to finish. Very important in my book as they are the first and last people you see. My hygienist was very professional but yet made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She was also very thorough and informative as was the dentist. The facility was very clean and modern. They even had air purifiers throughout and television in the patients areas. Even liked the way they texted you to come in instead of having

I've been a patient here for years and I've always appreciated their work. They really help me and my family to properly maintain our dental health, making sure we know what is going on and how to take proper care.
Christina is usually the one doing most of the work, she always does a great job and is very friendly, just like everyone else here! She always remembers us and asks us how we're doing.
I feel like their rates are fair, and they haven't tried to upsell me or treat me like an assembly-line patient. I'll continue as a patient here, along with the rest of my family

I have been coming to Bur Oak Dental for years. Even after I moved out of Markham, I drive 45 minutes to get here because I just can't see finding a better place. Every time I think about switching dentists because of the distance I just can't do it because of how well I'm treated at Bur Oak. I love that they are organized and take the time to remember details about me like: I like to watch CP 24 as I get my teeth cleaned, my favourite hygienist is Jane and I'm a nervous patient if I need any repairs. Thankfully I very rarely need any work done because they take good care of

**HUGE raving review right here** Recently I experiences my jaw come out of its socket (lock jaw)...the pain was excruciating!!! I drove myself and my 8 month baby to Bur Oak Dental (where our whole family… receives their regular dental treatments). Dr. D immediately saw the pain I was in and attempted to put my jaw back into place. Unfortunately the pain was so bad, Dr. D had no other choice but to contact his colleague at GTA Peridontics and ask for help. However, this required Dr. D to drive me to this office personally. I left my 8 month baby in the amazing care of the Bur Oak dental

I spent little time in the waiting room, which was nice. I felt confident in the doctor's advice and actually followed it, which definitely doesn't always happen. I brought my son also so he could have a second opinion about his mouth issues to have peace of mind. It's nice to know the clients needs are respected before the salesmenship is initiated.
