My sons car was towed away from his girlfriends parking lot. I guess the condo board made the call. The car was not starting at the time. So regional towed it to their yard which was honestly 6 min drive away and they charged $260 for the tow. My son was away and had no idea the vehicle was towed and we never got notice of not being able to park it there. We just found out approximately 22 days later and they have been racking up storage fees with a bill now of $2200.00. They are required by law to notify the owner of the vehicle that it has been towed. They will not budge on price and are very

Thursday April 18th-19 2:50 Pm. On way home from the Cancer clinic with good news got a flat tire. Called my Roadside service provider in the USA. They advised 1.5 hours for wait. 25 minutes later up pulls a truck. Great young man with a big smile. Spare changed on the road again in 15 minutes. Refreshing to have such a kind, respectful and, caring man there. Break ambassador for your company.

Amazing service. I had to go through 2 horrible tow companies who clearly didnt know how to do their job. When mez arrived on scene, he knew exactly what to do to get my car out of the road. My rack steering wheel was damaged, could not move it but he figured things out.
Pricing was fair. For the quality and care given from these guys its worth it.

I am so grateful for this company! I got involved in a minor accident. I really didn't need this company's services. In fact I hadn't called them either. Sam, the tow truck driver, intervened when he noticed that the driver who had rear-ended me was giving me a hard time. Sam stopped, parked his truck and made sure that I had received all the information I needed from the driver. Thank you for going above and beyond to ensure I was ok.

Fair rates and quick service. My car broke down on Saturday night in the market. We left the car and returned with friends to Bells Corners. After negotiating on a fair price Regional went and got the car and towed it to my place. Then we went to the garage dropped the car and they drove me home. I was very happy with the professional service and would recommend them.

This is a great company to help you when your luck goes bad. They arrived at the scene of my collision within a few minutes with two trucks. The driver (Patrick) went way beyond the work required. Bought me coffee on the way to the police collision center, got me the collision form and a pen, waited patiently for over an hour while I made the report, waited happily while I filed a claim with the insurance company, then drove to CarStar. The tow operator went out of his way to look after me and make the best of a lousy situation. The towing fee was fair and the service was fast, fair, friendly,

The tow truck was 5 minutes away from the location my car battery had died and the boost took 30 seconds. They wanted to charge me $85 but I managed to talk them down to $56. I would recommend looking around before using these guys. CAA rates are alot better and the customer service is superior. Regional has also failed to send me a receipt as promised by the dispatch.
