During the storm on January 17, 2022, our windshield wiper broke and since we could not see well enough to drive, we had to get a tow to our car dealer to get a new wiper. Service was great - we had Charles who arrived to assist us. The cost was a little high for the service provided but the service itself was great! I would have given it 5 stars if the cost had been more reasonable. All in all, I would recommend them to anyone.

I recommend Canadian Towing.
Used Canadian towing twice in 1 day and called/spoke on the phone with someone about 4-5 times.
Each call was quick, to the point, and I was never told “no”.
I was accommodated for when I called back to ask them to make sure they dispatched a flatbed and the driver was super polite and seemed like he knew what he was doing when he got here.
For my second tow, a driver named Charles came and dropped my car off at my home in my driveway with ease. Very professional and thanked me many times for my business.

Our car didn't start when we arrived at the Park and Fly on Upland Drive. Roadside assistance called Canadian Towing. The driver introduced himself as Charles and insisted we warm up in his truck as we were… freezing. Charles brought us to a garage and made sure we were taken care of. He also called us later to make sure we were alright. Charles made every effort to help us and made an otherwise bad situation bearable. Thank you Charles for going above and beyond. Eric and Lydia

Saturday Jan 8,2022 I was in trouble and i was saved by Charles.
It was a busy Saturday until my car broke down in a small parking lot. I called the first number i found on google.
Half a n hour later, Came Mr Charles . He was nice, quick but most of all really professional.
Charles arranged everything from towing my car to refer me to garage and he made sure that it would be fixed the same day ( Busy called Saturday, max was -15C).
My car was fixed in 1 hour and I was able to carry on and meet my clients.

Charles was exceptional and professional. Very knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Probably the best tow operator I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend him and although I hope to never need a tow again, if I do, I want Charles and Canadian Towing Service. I wish I could rate him 10 stars!

I’ve been in touch with this company for some time now and I must say it’s the first towing company I always resort to. I have never heard of charging someone $600 dollars when a service couldn’t be successfully preformed. that’s honestly an extremely high fee that doesn’t seem fitting. Your actions, and also the way I saw you treating the clients afterwards disgusts me. You need to rectify this situation and do so respectfully, as it stands right now your company… Canadian Towing lacks problem solving skills, basic respect and is certainly one I will be telling others to avoid from now on based on how I’ve seen you handle situations.
