Services
I'm originally from France. I grew up in a large family where I learned the traditional family staples early on from my mother; everything from bread, pt, and sausage, to chocolate cake, and everything in between. Now, I call Canada home. I believe great food comes from the heart and soul, and have a deep appreciation for the common, and daring; a love of the old, new and uncommon.
More stylish than a typical barbecue, OFYR (pronounced oh-fire) is functional artwork that will elevate your next catered event. Unlike a gas or charcoal BBQ, wood is fired in the centre cone, giving off a wonderful heat. No heat is lost in the process but is directly passed to the baking tray where you can enjoy grilling your favourite items.

We ordered food in advance for Christmas Dinner appys and then with the sudden covid changes we could not have it anymore. We emailed her inquiring on her cancellation policy (totally realise it was short notice and may not be possible) but her only reply was "sorry too late to cancel. Will let you know which ones can be frozen". Short and seemed in a rush and couldnt care less. The 2 other places I emailed expressed their apologies but we know its hard on businesses right now so we took the food and decided to contactless deliver to family. I wasnt even asking to cancel yet I wanted to know her

Cannot say enough good things about Christine Catering. We got some pumpkin pies at Thanksgiving and they were to die for, I have never had pumpkin pie that good! We also recently ordered catering for Christmas which was absolutely fantastic and saved me from having to cook in my tiny kitchen. I would highly recommend Christine Catering.

We have used this company twice for office events and have been extremely pleased both times. Food, service and price all excellent. She will work with you to provide a menu that works for your event. One… event was an indoor Christmas party and this time we did an outdoor Summer Event. We will definitely use Christine Catering again!

Big shout out to Christine Catering Company Inc. for the valentines dinner she delivered to me personally tonight. We got the beef Wellington, potatoes, salad, veggies and truffles and cookies 😍 and wow! We are so full and have left overs. It was absolutely delicious and amazing! I highly recommend her food! she even made the pastry around the beef Wellington into a heart for the occasion. It was an amazing detail to the meal.

Any of the events that I have attended that have been catered by Christine catering has been amazing. The food is delicious, presented beautifully and there has always been more than enough! The staff are friendly, attentive and efficient.

We just had the pleasure of Christine & Natasha provide a lovely spread for my husbands 70th birthday. From start to finish the experience was wonderful and professional. She was able to provide us on short notice an entire menu from appetizers to wonderful desserts. They arrived on time, they were COVID prepared with all their own sanitizing tools, masks, & serving platters, etc. that allowed them to stay far enough away. They were extremely gracious and considerate of our guests and honoured our request to be safe as my husband has a compromised immune system.

We ordered Easter dinner last weekend and it was reasonably priced and the food was excellent! The rosemary garlic mashed potatoes were phenomenal! It came with all the fixings and even pie for dessert. I did… no cooking at all! It was delivered to my doorstep and still warm from Port Moody to Maple Ridge. Never cooking Easter dinner again! Thanks Christine.
