Worst ever.
They do not accept debit payments at their old dusty office.
The management calls out bylaw who I caught giving me a ticket but leaving the privileged people without tickets until I call him out on it.
Rules are not imposed on all.
Some units owners have two car spots.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality
A complete joke. Hand out fake parking tickets and threaten baseless lawsuits to try and intimidate people because their management style is "be utterly incompetent and then get mad at anyone who points it out". Also I'm beginning to suspect that they are the ones who cancelled Firefly.

After our basement leaked for the third time,
we were told it would have to wait until spring.
Now, every time it rains, we have a puddle of water which I have to clean up! Lawyers will now be involved as it’s Feb!!! Our new carpet and tile is getting ruined and I can’t imagine the mould issues developing due to lack of action!

All they care about is collecting rent. They do Not inforce the covid mask rule, ppl are working all over the common areas without a mask. They don't care that members make noise all hours of the night. If you work for a living,then don't rent a place run by this company.

I unfortunately own a townhouse which is ran under this company. I will never buy or live in a condo owned property again after dealing with this company. However I can't afford to move. My neighbours are also unhappy with them. Most of them rent though, they're lucky. They can leave.
Snow removal, landscapers are horrible.
They redid our drive way last year, told us we had to move our car for three days, we did, and they ticketed us for it.
People who work in the office are unhelpful and rude. They don't care about the people who live in their properties. They just want our money.

I have been renting a property owned by Precision management for about a year now. They are not fair and impartial, they make threats and accusations without discussing with all parties involved. They've blamed me for things I haven't done, they have ticketed my vehicle for parking in the visitor parking lot for one night. Everytime I call to discuss issues or concerns they are rude and ignorant so I've just stopped and put my notice in with my landlord. I've lived in properties around Hamilton for over 40 years and never been treated so poorly or had so many issues from all the other places combined

€Precision Property Management is the worst company I have ever dealt with, They made my families life very difficult! I lived at1300 Upper Ottawa St. in Hamilton and sold my home there because of them, The people working there aren't friendly and not helpful at all. Snow removal was a nightmare, grass cutting was terrible and inconsistent, the work on the units exterior take ages and sometimes never done. I'm so glad that I left that house. Think twice before moving to any Condominium that is run by this Property Management Company. If I could give it a score less than 1 star, I would.
