It was a bad experience with them. Called them to send me a programming technician and after a day they sent me a locksmith and wanted to charge me for it!!
Then, they told me they will need to buy a part and will contact me to inform me about the quotation in 2 hours, after TWO days, he called me telling that they have already ordered the part that will cost me $380!!!
When I told him I was waiting for a quotation, he said:
"Ok, I will return it, thank you" and HANGED THE PHONE !!!!
What an attitude !!!!!
Will never use/recommend them again, ever.

Please save your money and go for a well reviewed locksmith on google. This guy is a total fraud. Charged me $226 and in the end told me how to shut off my car without using my keys which I already knew. My key was stuck in ignition. Didn't fix it at all. He'll pretend to work on your car for an hour.

I used this company when I locked my keys in the car last week, and I feel totally cheated. I was charged $135 to pop the door on my car, which was leagues above the initial quote I was given of $29 for the dispatch fee and $45 for the service. I was later informed there's a small-print "and up" attached to that. Apparently "and up" is code for "whatever we feel like." While the service guy arrived quickly, $135 is outrageous to unlock a car door. He said it was a difficult door to unlock because it's a newer car (it's 5 years old, so not really), but
