Sure, you have key problems... who better than SureLock to solve your security mysteries? Friendly, inexpensive and quick service, and the key WORKS!!! I looked all over Toronto to find a service that would be willing to cut the key for an Ebike, and so far this was the only place who successfully completed the task. The guys did an amazing job with a broken key stuck in a Thule lock for me. They were able to help out right away, tried many different techniques and were considerate to not damage the areas surrounding my lock. The price charged was very reasonable especially for the time spent.

Great place with 34 years of successful locksmithing. I needed an old door deadlock re-keyed. No problem .
I went home to reassemble it and could not for the life of me figure it back out.
Took it back next day expecting to buy a whole new lock assembly...I was taught instead how to correctly reinstall the original...free.
Good honest shop. Excellent friendly advice. I recommend it.

My entire experience with Sure Lock was fantastic. I found them as their name was on the Medoco key for my house. We purchased the house in 2010 and I reached out to them March, 2017. They had a complete record of the lock at my home even though it was installed in 1994. Clearly this company has been in business a long time.
They were available for by email and phone. Dave installed the lock lightening quick. I dealt with Ed as well by email and phone and he was a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He addressed my questions with patience and incorporated my requirements

I purchased a small part for an existing home lock from the owner of this small business. I was sold the wrong part, when I tried to return it the following day, he asked me for the receipt, where in fact he clearly did not give me one. The part was only $12.00 however, it was the way he asked for the receipt with a smirk on his face and an insincere tone of his voice knowing that I didn't have it. He had personally sold me the part the other day and clearly remembered me. What does he get out of cheating a customer out of $12.00? He must be pretty desperate to try to pull a stunt like this

Sure Locks serviced our locks when we bought our home seven years ago, and just today replaced our front door handle set, giving our circa 1927 door an extended life. They've cut several additional house keys for us over the years, and they've all been perfect. We recommend them unreservedly. It's great to have a specialized business to call on in an era of big box retail, where one doesn't always get the expert advice required.
