I have been consistently impressed with Jeryn and Cleo's expertise, diligence and service. I quickly discovered that they were always one step ahead of everyone else involved in a deal. As first time home buyers, we were very inexperienced and unaware of the process. We were very lucky to have Cleo to answer all of the questions that we had. She is very knowledgeable and was extremely helpful through-out the process. Cleo was very quick to respond to my emails and text messages and made herself available. My husband and I were hosted by Cleo DeCoppel around Port Elgin and Southampton many, many times while searching for THE house. Unfortunately, we didn't find what we were looking for but subsequently were told by friends in the area of a house that might be on the market shortly. So we found THE house through a private sale. We informed Cleo about the situation and she couldn't have been nicer or more understanding. I would definitely recommend her as your realtor if and when you are looking for a home in this area.

Working with Cleo and Jeryn was the most rewarding experience. Not did we find the home that perfectly suited us, Cleo & Jeryn took extra care to ensure that our interests were safeguarded. We did save money by following their professional advise. I have heard very good comments about this team from others in Bruce County. Cleo was referred to us via a friend who had an extremely good experience with this team. We are so grateful that we found them. Our 2 daughters loved going out for viewings with this team.

We had an amazing house buying experience using Cleo as our real estate agent! I have really enjoyed having Cleo and her daughter Jeryn as my agents. They made my experience of selling and buying my homes amazing. They were very energetic, professional, informative and fun. They made my experience stress free...taking care of all my needs and answering all my questions. They were available constantly to show my house or to show me houses. They really went above and beyond... Especially finding us a place to temporarily rent when my house closed sooner than my purchase.(as planned).
