They are very unprofessional and disorganized. I have personally seen them lock doors to their office so tenants couldn't enter because they didn't want to deal with them. I have even heard them doing it because the tenant was unable to speak English well. They sent/ allowed 2 male Contractors to visit a female tenant at night to evaluate a non-emergency repair that would be conducted at a later date. They take their time doing repairs. They refuse to keep on touch and blames tenants for the faults of her company. They have

Michelle is quite possibly the most unpleasant, unprofessional and heartless businesswoman that I’ve ever met in 48 years. I’m an active duty service member and she treated me like complete and utter trash. She is disrespectful, condescending and extremely unprofessional. You would think that with her being a former service member she would treat you with a little dignity, NOPE not Michelle. I had to get JAG involved before she would honor my PCS orders and the Service Members Civil Relief Act allowing me to legally break my lease. Let me tell you, the JAG Lawyers knew fully who she was and

I would not ever use this this property manager. I have never been talked down to and treated so rude as the conversation I had today in my whole 47 year. Just because I sold my home that belonged to me before she thought I should. I would like to know who this woman thinks she is and will be praying for her. God don’t like ugly!! And you need to be knocked down off the high horse you rode in on. Please this is a warning to anyone wanting to rent or has property they would like help management on line me. Do not use this woman because you will regret it.

Super easy, super swift application process. House was outstanding considering quality and price, super understanding staff. Very excited to continue my lease with them!
EDIT: We've been living in our house for a little over a week, caught some things that we'd missed in the initial inspection, and Michelle had her maintenance team out the very next day. Extremely happy with the communication and responsiveness of this company!

Worst quality service experience ever. They gave us a house that was in absolutely horrible condition. The house was disgusting and not clean at all there was literally sawdust on every wall and the bathroom was beyond disgusting, along w a drain that did not work and pipes that busted less than a month into living there. We had a sink that had a bucket under it with no pipes connected to it. We called them multiple times to service our problems but they never responded to us. They are extremely unresponsive and unprofessional. They overprice you for the area for a house that’s not worth it.

A friend of mine and her neighbor has had nothing but issues while renting from this company. I am completely disgusted and shocked by the things I have heard and been shown. Pictures of holes, leaks, mold, rats, and even a possum in the home, completely uninhabitable. Michelle has shown no sense of compassion, professionalism or urgency to fix these issues as they are ongoing. I’m sure she will respond and say that I don’t have all the facts but I have seen the proof with my own eyes. I wouldn’t rent from this company if they paid me to. Do better and the same energy you put into responding

My relative leases a townhome from this company. She has had problems since day one. Maintenance issues, structural issues, rodent issues, all which were preexisting prior to her moving in but couldn’t be detected by just a simple walk through. She has gone long periods of time without working AC/heat, no water due to pipes that burst, leaks from pipes that weren’t installed properly, holes in the roof, improperly sealed openings which has caused all types of pest to enter including roaches, rats, and a possum into the same property her and her neighbor share.
