My first home buying experience was a bit of a nightmare caused by the seller. Shannon acted on my behalf going far above the norm by constantly being in contact with the sellers realtor and my lawyers into the wee hours to ensure I received compensation due to me and that the deal closed with me in the house I love. I don't think this deal would have gone my way if it wasn't for her constant support and persistence. I cannot recommend Shannon Deckers - RE/MAX Grey Bruce REalty Inc. enough!
