I identify with the element of earth. I am most in my element when I am surrounded with those I love and we are doing something active and engaging! The element I relate most to is water (emotion). With water traits I am devoted wholeheartedly to this clinic and the extraordinary team we have gathered.

Dr J is an amazing chiropractor. She takes time in her approach, and doesn't try to make you come for extra sessions if you don't need them. I also attend physio here and receive dry needling and it has been very helpful. The rooms are cozy and have fireplaces in them, and the office staff is organized and polite.

Dr. Josline and Dr. Denise are 2 amazing ladies. They truly know their jobs well and always take the time to explain everything. I honestly don’t know what I would have done this past year and a half without their knowledge and expertise.
Jennifer F. is also there for a great massage. She too does an amazing job.
I can’t forget the wonderful ladies upfront. When you walk into this clinic you truly do feel like family. Everyone is so kind and caring.

I don't do Chiropractic services, as I was very hesitant about it at first. I have been in pain for 2 years and finally couldn't take it anymore. I saw Dr. Chehimi about 2 weeks ago and again for a follow up. I have never felt better. I had very little pain after my visit with him, and could actually lift my leg and bend over again. Highly highly recommend. Very friendly, listens to what your main concern is. Will definitely continue treatments with him.

Terrific staff, excellent care and treatment. Denise has been a lifesaver for me. The IMS treatment has made the pain, discomfort and stiffness bareable, and allows me to function normally. I would be lost without these treatments, and the staff truly carw about the patients and their wellbeing. I highly reccomend Elements Health in Spruce Grove.

Everyone in my family has had amazing experiences with many different practitioners at Elements Health. Dr. Josline is friendly, amazing at what she does, and takes the time to explain why things are happening in our bodies - super helpful for my very curious kiddo! For massage, Emerald is the best. She's compassionate, funny, great with our kids, and so good at her craft. Lori provided amazing physio care for whiplash and I felt very comfortable in her skilled hands. Between 4 of us we've seen all 3 psychologists there and they've all been incredibly helpful.

I can't say better things about this office - I've been to Denise for physio, Dr. Chris for chiro, and Jennifer Siegel for massages. All have been phenomenal. I continue to see Jennifer for massages for hip pain and she is so knowledgeable and has been great. Even in light of COVID-19, I feel safe and respected, and my needs continue to be met. Highly recommend!

Emerald is an amazing massage therapist!! I have been going to her for over a year now and I would not miss my regular visits! If you need someone with strong hands that can get those deep knots out she is your girl. But if you need a relaxing and softer approach she’s got you covered too. Can’t say enough good about her, you will not regret trying her out!
