We had been using ThinkGreen for over 2 years with the company I am currently working with. As we were getting ready to sign on for our 3rd year of snow removal, the prices became unreasonable and the explanation to be even more unsatisfactory, plus we found the level of customer service to completely diminish.
Once the contract was cancelled and the final Fall clean up was completed, I also learnt they did the bare minimum - even though we would've been happy to pay for the add-on’s to have it done properly.
We ended up supporting a local vendor with great customer service, and paying more

It's a good place to Work , the only thing is that if you have to Work Outside , you'd Better Dress up for it . The Company is Good and so are the Workers . But You are Always On Call . Just Because of the Weather . They give you a Company Vehicle and you just have to look after it . You Check All of the Fluids and the Tires and the Tire Pressure . That's First thing Every Morning . And that's all that I have to Say about Think Green .

This company takes no pride in its snow removal service! When clearing off the snow from parking lots they push windrows onto all the businesses sidewalks kinda defeating the purpose of having snow removal. I have asked the operators several times to stop but they don't care. You get the quality service that you pay for with this company!!!

Easily the worst run company I have ever been associated with. The quality of their work is embarrassing and it's not hard to see why they have the staff turnover that they do.
Most of the equipment is broken or unsafe, the training provided is a joke and worst of all the managers can't even tell their employees the correct property lines of the job sites they're assigned because they have no clue themselves.
If you're looking for a company to do your commercial property maintenance, look elsewhere. If you're a potential employee looking for a job, look elsewhere. You'll be glad you did.
