I had to give a one star because it won't give me an option for zero stars. Mark took my $ 2500 snowblower to repair it and never brought it back. He kept making different excuses as to why he couldn't fix it. First was parts. Said it was taken apart. Couldnt be picked up. Weeks turned into months. Months into over a year. Then he blamed his Divorce. Lawyers. Etc. Said he was going to court and couldn't talk.
I have never left a bad review for anyone. But i don't want anyone to go through what i went through. I would never recommend Mark to repair anything.

This shop had amazing service. I was outstanded by how quick they did the job. All the other places I visited were priced much higher and gave an estimate of at least four more days. M1 impressed me for sure. The staff were outgoing and definetly knew they were doing. My brakes have been doing great, I would highly recommend this small engine shop! Ask for Mark he would be more then happy to help you out! 5 stars

Mark was impeccably amazing with his service! He went out of his way to come meet me on the stat holiday to take a look at our lawn mower which wasn’t working. He took it to his store and fixed the problem with such a good price! Can’t beat the service and price He provided! Thank you Mark and m-1 small engine! Saved us buying a new lawn mower!

I have take 3 snow blowers and a couple lawn mowers to Mark over the years and every time he has been able to fix them and suggest ways to improve the life of the machines. The last visit I had a bit of trouble getting in contact with him but he did fix my mower and delivered it to my house. I think he needs to work on the status of machines and keep customers up to date. It took longer than he promised but if I was kept in loop I would have appreciated it.

The worst service I have ever received. I was promised my saw would be fixed in 2-3 days and they had it for 3 weeks. After 2 weeks I went in to pick it up and the lady at the front desk was physically unable to go to the back and get the saw. She couldn't climb over the heaps of junk and debris that was scattered all over the shop floor. I asked her to tell the owner not to touch the saw and to have it ready up front so I could pick it up the next day. So I called the following few days to no avail, the answering

The fellow that owns this Business seems to come across somewhat shady. He wants money before he even looks at your unit. You have to leave it there and then he works on it. He calls you and says it's done ready for P/U. When I got there he doesn't tell you what he did to the unit but insists on another 50 dollars. I will never go there again.

Had an infuriatingly bad experience with this guy. The thin veneer of civility the owner possesses disappeared very quickly after I tried to explain to him that while yes, the PROMOTIONAL value of the daily deal voucher I was trying to use had expired, the PAID value of the voucher never does. IT'S LAW. Could not get him to understand that it was as if I'd given him a $20 bill a while ago and was now attempting to get an equivalent amount of service from the business. Money doesn't expire. He wasn't even willing to just give me a $10 blade sharpening. After repeatedly
