David Dolson was called to the bar in 1981; he is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and obtained his LL.B. in 1979, and his LL.M. in tax law in 1986. His practice is a small and personal one, and he looks forward to developing a long-term relationship with his clients. Mr. Dolson has extensive experience in real estate transactions including purchases, sales, leases, and financing of residential, commerical, and industrial properties.

If you own a condominium, obtaining a current status certificate. The condominium act allows corporations to take 10 days to provide a status certificate from the date that they receive a request and the funds for payment of their fee. As the name and address of the property manager is usually not apparent from a title search, getting us this information as soon as possible is imperative.

The lady at the front desk was an angel, classy, gentle and extremely nice. I went with my little son, she was so nice to him and even gave him a pen as a gift at the end of our visit, because he liked it. As for the lawyer, I highly recommend.
