Vlad and Boris and whole team did a FANTASTIC JOB on my windows... 24 windows in one day! The best is, the team did a flawless work, quality windows, and left the house cleaned after. The guys are all well mannered, cheerful, and very respectful. A+ quality service!

We had 8 windows and our front door done in October 2019 in Beeton, Ontario. We first met with Vlad and he's very professional and dedicated to the customers. From the beginning to end they made the process easy for us. The receptionist Elena and Boris the installer were really nice and dedicated as well. I would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend them.

I would like to take the time to write this review even though I did not replace my windows with On Star. After I requested an estimate, I received a call from Vlad. He is the most professional and pleasant individual I have ever dealt with. He took the time to explain everything to me on the phone and we then set a time to meet. He was running… behind, but nevertheless, he came late in the evening, even though his work day was finished. He did so because he said that he would, and he did not want to break his promise. I would not hesitate to recommend Vlad and On Star to anyone who is considering

Our home sustained storm damage to the large living room window and we called so many numerous companies to have it replaced as soon as possible but because every time they called and found out we only at this time needed one window they refused to help us out. I replaced 5 windows in my house. Vlad gave me the best estimate! The entire experience was very positive.The installers went above and beyond with a quality installation. They even took the time to clean up after themselves well. I am 100% satisfied with ON Star Windows and Doors. I just love my new windows. From the first phone call to the cleanup after the job was completed, the On Star crew was professional, courteous and very skilled. I am very happy with our new windows and the price was very fair.
