All of our window treatments conform to Health Canada's current regulations on Corded Window Covering Products. It mandates that at ALL window treatments manufactured and sold in Canada with visible control cords or loops must be supplied with cord/chain tension devices. If installed properly, these tension devices will keep control cord/chain loops taught and prevent possible entanglement and strangulation.

Purchased 10 of Elite's cassette blinds because they were very nice looking at the Dulux showroom in Barrie. Not the cheapest blinds available, but very elegant style. Installation was easy. Durability was awful! These blinds failed repeatedly, without warning. The resistance clutches that provide friction so the roller moves the blind up and down smoothly and holds at any position broke frequently. After a year and a half we've replaced eight of the ten. One of them twice. So far the manufacturer has honored the warranty and fixed them. But we've been told that it has expired and any fixing of
