Went for haunted manor. Meh. The actors were great makeup was excellent it was too rushed and people had no opportunity to be scared by sudden jumps because you had seen it happen to the people in front of you
Too much money for what was offered other than the actors. I understand 'covid', but more effort could have gone into the 'rooms' than an old desk and doll pictures. Not dark enough, more lasers should have set for a flicker effect. Again... Too rushed to appreciate the effort.

Booked a site for the long weekend, and all the sites around us were using our hydro and water and sewer hookups. The man at the site 73a came over and yelled (not wearing a mask and standing less than 6 feet away) at us as soon as we unhooked for getting the truck off the road. We called the front desk to come out because the gentleman beside was not using site 73a and he would not allow us to use his unused hookups and demanded we move put truck we temporarily pulled into his unused site because the sites are tiny, and cars needed by as it was a busy long weekend, and we had a 28ft trailer.

We had a two night stay booked during the end of August. The night before our stay, we had a family member pass away. Upon trying to call and explain what happened, the lady had zero empathy and acted as if it was a lie. No refund, no sorry that happened, no emotion shown whatsoever. It would be one thing if she were to say “So sorry but it’s just against policy, we aren’t able to refund” or something, but the level of cold indifference just did not reflect good customer service. We will not be booking to stay here ever again.

Camping at Niagara Falls KOA Holiday after Campark Resorts | Niagara Falls Campground lost my business. Booked a full service site for the long weekend, and needless to say the site was to fit a 28 foot trailer and was too small and didn't have service (all the neighbours were using it), and they didn't have a manager to deal with the issue, so we… drove down the street and got a much better site at the KOA. I don't recommend ever going to Campark Resorts | Niagara Falls Campground, still haven't been refunded and they don't even have a site for me for the long weekend after driving 2.5

Stayed for 3 days in August. Great spot to camp to see Niagara attractions. Pool was great. Showers and washrooms were clean. Staff was friendly. Yes you can hear a train. No biggie it's only 2 min of noise. And not at night. Water pressure was great and site was level. Yes the lawn mower was loud but hey the grass has to be cut. Easy access with a 5th wheel trailer.

Checked in on Friday afternoon and left on Sunday morning. Staff in the office was very nice. We stayed in a regular cabin. Would recommend bringing a fan as it gets very hot. There were 4 families that had booked the 4 cabins beside us that were quite disrespectful with yelling at all hours. Appreciate the person that went around and told them they had to be quieter. Bathrooms were a bit dirty and lacked soap at most times. I forgot my shower product and had to purchase shampoo, conditioner and body wash from the store. Was very pricey for what it was. We booked axe throwing for Saturday night

Give it 2 stars! We were there mid July the week before they went to stage 3. The only thing available was the pool and the air bounce pillows which were down alot because of the rain. I know park can't control the weather. The sites lacked privacy for sure and were very narrow. Lots of flooding in the park on road and sites. The washrooms for the most part were clean but the one morning on the weekend there were toilets were absolutely disgusting. The showers tiny. I have 2 teens and not much for them to do. The hot tub not operational no basketball court or tennis area to play ball. There wasn

Fabulous camping grounds and awesome trailer sites as well. We stayed for the last 4 days and have only praises on how well run the campground is and how well maintained it is. Great take out food for all the meals if you didn't feel like cooking. And tons of fun stuff for the kids to do and the adults as well. Hands down, one of the greatest campgrounds we've ever stayed at in our many years of camping!

Stayed Sunday night for 3 nights, no privacy, lot number 75 was the worst. All the cars coming into the camp ground at night, their lights off their cars was on our camp site, very hard to have an enjoyable fire. Monday at 830 am the camp ground starting cutting the grass. The lawn mowers are old and very loud. The lots have no privacy, neighbors are so close and ours were very loud and played horrible music. The cottage behind us cut through our camp site numerous of times. We booked 3 nights and left after the first night. Do not recommend this place. Online looks like a great place to stay,

Great place to camp! Staff is beyond friendly, helpful and kind. The whole park is fairly well kept. They have laundry too which is awesome. They're showers are wonderful as my husband and son are still bragging about them days after we're home.
Lots of free stuff for the kids. Paid attractions too, lazer tag, escape room, etc. But the process of those are a bit rich for my blood.
Tent sites are mixed, some great sizes and some really small ones. There's a small playground for the kids and the kids love it.
I will definitely camp again, and again, and again.

Reasonable campground. No privacy on lots. Shade on the lots closest to the pool / entrance. Limited shade on the lots on the far east end
Campfires must be “out” by 12:00
High water pressure which is good
Pool was clean but cool
Bouncey pillow excellent for kids (and adults lol)
Washrooms clean although I would suggest to the park to substantially increase air flow (not just exhaust fan) to get the washrooms dry and prevent mildew and mold. It’s very uncomfortable when the washrooms are extremely high humidity or wet which the majority of the time they were wet. I will attest the washrooms

We stayed here for 3 nights. We had the best time ever!!!! there is so much stuff for the kiddos to do!! The ONLY issue we had, was haunted manor doing whatever they were doing in there, and their dump truck at 730 in the morning. Woke us up 3 out of 4 mornings. The last morning we were there, we didn't hear the dump truck unloading. Just a bit… disappointed with that, because for once our children were " trying" to sleep in.
Other then that, we would definitely stay here again, just at a site not so close to haunted manor LOL.
The pool was amazing, the bouncy pillow kept my kids busy for

Absolutely terrible customer service! Never in my life has someone in “customer service” spoken to my husband and myself so poorly!
We booked 2 nights in a trailer site, called to confirm 24hours prior to check in. After our 2.5hour drive we arrived to be notified that we had booked a tent site. Not to mention we had also called to confirm we had… booked with JELLYSTONE park .. my husband asked if yogi bear walked around the park regularly the woman on the other line stated “oh yes he’s typically around during the day for the kids” much to our surprise it was
