I first stumbled upon Total Care Management through a suggested page on Facebook. I was sceptical at first as I have been to chiropractors in the past and never had a good experience, but I thought I'd give Dr. Paul a chance since he was offering a deal at the time. I am glad I did!! I was diagnosed a few years ago with Patellofemoral Syndrome, also known as "runners knee" which hindered me from doing allot of the exercises I loved to do, including spinning and of course, running. I have a laundry list of other issues and after my initial consultation, Dr. Paul explained through his extensive knowledge

Best Chiropractor I have ever been to. Dr. Dhotar is so personable, focused and invested in his patient’s best interest. He really knows what he is doing and I had immediate relief in my body after my first session. He addressed my problems with ease- ones that I had sought solutions for from many other professionals. I truly enjoy my treatments and am grateful to have such high quality care and attentiveness to my recovery. The Doctor and all of his staff, physiotherapist, accupunturist and message therapist are very proficient in evaluating my pain . During each session, each of them were very attentive in listening and in determining the various sources of pain I was experiencing.
I would heartily recommend Total Care Management to anyone because they do indeed help to manage Total Care to reduce the ultimate sources of my pain.

After my car accident in November of 2020, I suffered from chronic physical and mental pain. When I arrived for my weekly treatments at Total Care Management, Paul and his team made sure my younger sister and I were taken care of. They listened to our wants and tended to our needs. Their practice is also very safe and abides by COVID regulations and standards to provide a welcoming environment for all clientele. Dr. Tejinderpaul Dhotar is very approachable and down-to-earth, he is very nice to all his patients and all his staffs are well-trained for their duties and responsibilities,.every after my session for massage or physiotherapy/chiro, I feel a great relief from my pain due to my car accident and I feel getting better and better and hope to be free from pain SOON! I have been going for treatment after my car accident and I am very satisfied with everything they have done for me from the initial assessment from the doctor to all the continuous care received by ALL of the staff.

It is hard to find reliable place where you can trust you will not be misguided and treated for issues you have. Total care team is awesome from doctor to therapists and front desk, all very pleasant to deal with and do their best provide you treatment you need. Dr. Dhotar helped above and beyond not iust with Treatment and pain management but as moral support. Super awesome team !!

My experience has been incredible, I have been going there for almost a year for my post elbow-surgery physio, my recovery has been phenomenal and I have attained full range of motion in my left arm. They handle patients with utmost care and expertise. I highly recommend this place for all you massage, physio and chiropractic needs.
