Physiotherapy treatment was very timid and saw almost no progress. I was not very well informed about what the therapist thought was wrong. The exercises I got were very basic, anyone would think to do these. I had to do research and find better more Specific to my injury. There was little discussion about progress. Or other possibilities for diagnosis. The last day I went I was treated by a student. I don’t think I will return.

Been coming here for years, good people, good service! This place has a family vibe to it, I've become close with a lot of the staff. They are pretty good with scheduling, it's rare that you have to wait for treatment. I really like the process here, they have multi disciplinary specialists for all your needs. In the past I've gone to places where the same person is doing the assessment, treatment, training exercises etc... You're definitely in good hands when you come here!

Having suffered with knotted upper/mid back, the massage therapist fixed it in three sessions. the gent that worked my back was great. do not expect scented candles and soft music, this massage hurt but damn it fixed my issue.
i was also taught exercises to prevent needing treatments in the future.

I attended the clinic following fracture of my fingers. I received exemplary treatment. Staff was very friendly and spoke my language being Polish. Dr. Marciniak explained all my questions and was always available to speak to on the phone or i was able just to walk in to see him. I highly recommend this clinic.

I have been coming to this clinic for the last 3 months, following a work place injury where I hurt both my arms (one in the elbow area and the other in the shoulder and tricep area). They have 2 locations, I have been going to the Lakeshore one as it is closer to where I live. The treatments have helped immensely, I go twice a week. Bogdan, my therapist is amazing. He is friendly, professional, very knowledgeable and caring. He listens to feedback and adjusts his procedures to ensure the patient gets the most effective treatment. I have come here for massage therapy and physiotherapy. The massages I received were amazing every time very knowledgeable, friendly and caring therapists. The physiotherapy on the other hand, I was quit disappointed they were doing the same thing every time i came in TENS machine nothing more or less. I can do that at home myself I got myself a TENS unit. The girl would do some small talk put the TENS machine on and go and talk with the other girl in her indian language all the time. I will not come here for physiotherapy no more lack of quality of care. The front desk good customer service, friendly

The clinic was recommended by a good friend of mine due to the expertise of the clinic's director. I suffered from a stroke on two occasions and it was important to me to return to my daily activities as I run a large telecom company.
