Bought a right side pillar molding for our Mini Cooper from Prestige and it turned out to be the wrong one. Wrote them about the issue, sent a picture of the left side pillar for reference, and they immediately found the correct pillar and shipped it out at no cost to me. Received it in only a couple days and it fit perfectly. Wonderful customer service. Will definitely buy from them again.

Gave them a text message asking if they had a battery cover for a G37s. They replied "should have one". Gave them an hour heads up that i was on my way. Drove about 40 minutes to find out they only have brake fluid covers. How inconsiderate and a waste of my time driving in traffic.

Honestly the best experience I’ve had at a parts shop and fairly priced too!
I went in for an amp, bmw logos, and some interior parts for my 2007 335i and Josh was nothing but helpful! Absolute gem and would recommend this shop to my friends hands down!

I've been going there for parts ever since they started up, they even let me use some of their security sockets to remove my lugs when I lost mine!
Those two are really great, prices are very fair and they seem to always have parts for my BMW's. Great place to go for projects cars and even just for replacement parts. Highly recommended
