B & J Parts and Machine started as a small locally owned family business in 1968 and is the longest established auto parts distributor in the Tri-Cities and surrounding area. Our growth is attributed to meeting the needs of our customers in a constantly changing industry by giving them our care and attention, as well as selling the best quality auto parts available.
B&J Parts Machine shop has been dedicated to servicing the engine remanufacturing customer since 1986. In 2016 we consolidated our machine shop efforts with Fortins Engines. Other services and equipment have been consolidated to one location, at Fortins Engines' new shop. To continue to provide quick service we have 4 transfers each weekday between Fortins Engines and ourselves.

The people working failed to locate the proper part. They told me they have the part for my car , I came in bought it got home to my car to only find out its a part for a different car. I just wanted to buy a oil cap was hoping it could be easy and one trip as my car is off the road until I get this part. very disappointing employee couldn't look up a pretty basic part.

I wanted to buy from a different place other than Lordco and buy from a local small business and tried B&J. I told them and showed them my T&T login so they could see my discount and never heard back from them. I did buy a few things and the prices were much higher than Lordco. The staff are very good and pleasant to deal with but because I never heard back from them I went back to Lordco.

This FIRST-RATE, TOP-NOTCH local PoCo shop is owned by the literally nicest person in the world. He will go out of his way to make your life better & help you with any automotive issue you have, no matter how small or who you are. If you're not happy, he's not happy. We need more kind people like this in the world. PLEASE go out of your way to support this business rather than Lordco. They deserve it like you wouldn't believe.

They've never let me down for my automotive needs with what I need more often than not being in stock and anything I had to order has come in quickly. Although I buy my power tools through my company's wholesaler accounts to avoid the large upfront cost and pay in installments I have purchased many a hand tool there and they've got a great selection of quality stuff. For someone in the plumbing industry it may not all be tools I have a use for but where my wholesaler lacks in tools for working in extremely tight spaces B & J comes through. The staff don't try and pressure you into spending a lot

Definitely the best place to go for auto parts. The staff are all professionals with a knowledge base unparalleled in my experience. Their return policy is awesome, and their prices for every part I have bought are considerably cheaper than LORDCO. Even with a Lordco business customer discount all the parts I have bought from B & J are cheaper. eg: Recently I purchased spark plugs for a 91 Toyota Previa, and they were over $3.00 cheaper @ B & J for the same plugs @ Lordco with business member discount.
