I just recently discovered Alder Auto, I've always known about it, but old habits are hard to break. I gotta tell you I'm sold, I love the customer service, I love that I can ask questions. I dealt with Lisa and a couple of the other people and I was treated very well. Keep up the great work.

Best auto parts retailer. The guys and gal here know their stuff. Customer service is quick and good. If you think your waiting too long , just be patient not like other shops where when you walk in the door you find parts people doing nothing. Prices are fair.

Went in on Saturday June 8th.Looking for gasket material for a leaky valve cover. The lazy slob behind the counter couln't even be bothered to stop the Youtube video he was playing and proceeds to tell me they don't carry it. I could SEE the roll of it from where I was standing. I asked him again if he was sure and if the roll of it behind him was what I wanted,Again said No we don't have any and went back to his video.Went down the street to Lordco and got it there, You see a red haired guy with a beard at the counter,don't waste your breath. Just leave.

I never thought I'd find myself writing a Yelp review but this would be a good place to start. These guys are great! I needed a new alternator at a reasonable price and these guys delivered. If you're in Surrey/white rock and need auto parts, this is the place to go!

A great place to go, especially if you're able to establish an account with them. They treat you well, will help you get what you need, and is my go to place to auto parts.
