I can't recommend this business due to their lack of accountability. Not only do they make you wait 15 minutes for your scheduled appointment- they have TERRIBLE customer service. Being the most expensive nail salon in White Rock I would expect better... this is the set I received / asked for rounded tips however these are square. They want to me charge $20 to fix. I was given a gift certificate for Christmas so went for a classic mani and pedi. Everyone was really nice and I was taken in on time. My only complaint is that the workers talk in their language amongst each other while doing their work. I personally find that rude but that is just me I can not speak for everyone. Overall it was a good experience

I have never had a bad experience here and my technician has always been patient and skilled. Manager Loan is a very kind lady and she checked up with me multiple times during my manicure just to ensure I am satisfied with the colour/shape/service I got; I felt really well taken care of. Absolutely 5-star experience!

I have tried coming back here multiple times but the quality of customer service remains consistently low. Why take appointments if you can't fit anyone in? I arrived a few minutes early to my appointment time and waited over half an hour before I decided to leave as no one was available to remove my acrylics, even though they had three different technicians working on one client's nails. They will also not listen to your request for a specific employee to do eyebrows. I was given a new lady who completely ruined my eyebrows, even after asking for a specific employee who I had previously seen

It’s been a long time since I’ve last been here and honestly, their customer service has improved so much! I came in as a walk-in and it happened to be good timing they took me in right away and started on my nails (I think this was just luck) but I paid $65 for a full new set of nails and she did exactly what I wanted! I’m so happy with my nails they’re so pretty.

If the great result is the only thing you need from your nail technician, then Absolutely nails is the place to go for you.

I have been going to Absolutely Nails for years and have not had a bad experience. Jasmeet is amazing at doing shellac. I find that they take great care in maintaining the health and integrity of my nail, so it is not getting damaged when removing the shellac. Highly recommend this salon!

Honestly at this point there's nothing good I can say about this place. I used to go here but as I actually knew more about acrylic nails I realized how much of a terrible job was done each and every time. My first visit they even ripped my nail but I was very nice about it and still returned with no complaints since I was a new customer. I've been going to absolutely nails for about five years now. The owner, loan, is super kind and always tries her best to get me in with my favourite techs. I have acrylic nails and see Linda- she is a perfectionist and works very quickly and is super friendly. Whenever I'm in the salon I am greeted with smiles and friendly hello's. I highly recommend Linda and absolutely nails!

Amazing! Wish I knew about this place ages ago! Linda does such a good job, you show her a photo and your nails end up just like it! And they’re so fast too!

First time going to this salon - based on recommendations from friends. Service was prompt and friendly - I had made an appointment and though it was super busy, I was accommodated quickly. Manicure was started while my pedicure was happening and I loved the service from the Nail Tech - Selena. Only complaint was that the nail polish was a bit dry and the tech had a difficult time and had to keep mixing it but other than that I was pleased with the service and will definitely be coming back.

The salon is very clean and they did a great job on my nails. They are up on the latest styles. I like that they give you your own nail file/kit to bring to your next appt. The downside is that there were constant interruptions and socializing between the nail techs. They were not paying attention to their client in front of them. Constant chatting in their home language in front of customers is just rude. They need to work on being a little more professional but they are very sweet girls and basically do a great job.

I recently went to this nail salon, but didn't receive good service. The workers and manager "Loan" were rude when I asked questions about the prices. I almost felt as if the workers were mad about my presence.

I don't like to leave negative reviews but months after the fact, I have decided to explain why I absolutely will never be coming back here again. I was a customer for years and am sick of the crappy quality and rude service I have been witnessing the last few years. My last visit, I had to ask that a male stop working on my nails for the rude way he was talking to me and aggressive way he filed my nails (causing me to bleed) because he was angry that I didnt want him to cut my cuticles to prevent further nailbed damage. Absolutely butchered my nails. All of my cuticles are red and swollen, pretty sure they are infected, and i could have done a better job with the nail polish. The lady doing my nails was on her phone and had… her 5 year old come up to her repeatedly. I will never go back. I went with 3 other girls who also hated the service and quality of work.

So far, I've been twice and had a great experience. I brought my husband the second time and his experience was great, too. Excellent attention to detail, fast and great end result. I've been to almost every nail salon in south surrey and this is the one you want to go to!
TIP: call for an appointment, as they're super busy. I've see Cindy, Ho and Shayla and they're all great.

I really like this salon and I think it is run very well unfortunately I have had my Big toe cut by the nail bed on my last two pedicures. I complained the first time while there because I actually had two toes cut. This most recent time I emailed absolutely nails without any type of response whatsoever. My toe ended up getting quite sore for a week. Needless to say ... I'm quite disappointed with my favorite salon. I'm not looking for discounts or freebies I just want to go in and have a pedicure without getting injured

I love Shayla! She is very sweet and very professional! Helen is the worst! One is rude too! I am all about service! When I walk in, I look for professionalism and great attitude! It seems as if all the Vietnamese girls just sit and gossip about each of us customers ( yap yap yap yap non stop!)
Long ( the owner) is lovely! I go in because of her. Her Son is pretty rude so he needs to change his attitude because he was pretty rude and out of line when I had to do my check out and if I have to deal with 2 rude worker's & then owner's son, I am ready to take my business and my friends

I like this nail salon but the quality of your treatment really depends on what tech you get. Some of their nail technicians are extremely rough and do a poor job. You can tell who's rushing and who's not. I have had a few negative experiences. However, most of the time I am happy with my nails, shellac usually lasts about 10 - 14 days. The salon is clean, orderly, and always packed. They are also open late (7 pm) which is nice.

I have been coming to this place since it first opened but the services have declined. The staff push shellac even after you have told them numerous times that you want regular polish. I would expect the pedi process to be consistent with all the techs but it isn't. However the manager is very friendly. If you want a quick pedi good place to visit.
