IPC has set the industry standard in protective coatings offering a selection of high-quality products that include Electroless Nickel, Fluoropolymers, and Fusion Bonded Epoxy. IPC Series 3000 ENC is a highly phosphorus nickel coating that provides excellent corrosion protection, abrasion control, and wear resistance.
IPC Fusion Bonded Epoxy is a powder coating that turns to liquid when applied on pre-heated parts. Once cured, an extremely tough uniform protective layer is created, providing resistance to harsh environments seen in waste waster, corrosive soil, hydrocarbons, harsh chemicals and sea water. Can Be Used for Elevated Temperature Service in Presence of HS, CO, CH, Crude Oil, and Brine.
We are your qualified valve disassembly, reassembly and testing experts! We offer Extended-Duration Pressure Testing of ANSI Valves ranging from 2" - 12" and class 150 - 2500, CSA Z245.15 Testing and adhere to API 598 and API 6D Standards. While most of our competitors have to send your valves to a third-party for preparation, we keep them in-house.
