Can’t recommend this place enough! Was out of town a couple of weeks ago and had an urgent issue and Dr. Rana was fantastic! She helped me fix my loose lingual wire while putting me at ease. She has a unique way of comforting patients and chipping away at that general dental anxiety most people have. A 5-star dental experience.

Dr. Rana was by far the best dentist I have ever had! She (and her assistant) were so nice and explained everything so well. I always get nervous going to the dentist (from past experiences) but they were amazing and made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I have sent family and friends her way. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I’ve been searching for a new dentist since my previous one of eight years was in downtown Toronto and also recently retired. I managed to get a reasonably quick appointment. The front desk staff are super responsive, pleasant and friendly. Alana is one of the best hygienists I’ve come across. She’s super professional, gentle, and took the time to explain everything. Thanks for a positive experience! Highly recommend this setup!

I have had the pleasure of going to smile crafters and being very welcomed upon arrival. They have been kind,caring and always there to help you. Dr Rami did implants and my situation was very unique but they took there time and anytime I needed a question answered Dr. Rami and his staff were there for me. I have been to both smile crafters and both are excellent. I am now going to stay with the Hamilton location. The receptionist's, especially Jess, are friendly, have a great sense of humor, and, go out of their way to really help you !! The office is clean, protocol for covid is followed thoroughly, and, the office is cozy, and,bright. The rooms are very clean, and, well equipped, and, sanitized. I feel very welcome there. Dr. Rami El Sebai is knowledgeable, talks you through the procedures, comforting you. He is a real professional. I'm glad I'm going to Smile rafters Dental on Market St, S, in Brantford.
