Dr.Stein no matter how busy he is always willing to make time if anyone in my family is in need of seeing him . He goes beyond the call of duty. Makes you feel comfortable and if you are uncomfortable because of anxiety….well ,no worries you don’t have to fear the dentist with him. His staff is polite ,kind and understanding and also so helpful . He has been our dentist and family dentist for 15 years .

This was the first time to Dr. Bouma’s Dental Clinic . He has a very kind and caring Dentist. He took his time and explained everything to me in detail. Today was my second appointment and he pulled a bad tooth, yes he’s opened on Saturdays as well. I am a very nervous person and not a very good dentist patient, He was very patient with me and the tooth is out. This was a horrible dentist I have ever been. I came for dental check-up for my kids. After the treatment, I tried to talk to the dentist to ask a question. He never showed up, and the asked me to book another appointment. Crazy... If you are new patient, don't go there. you will regret it and waste your money....

I explain why this dentist is the worst one in Hamilton. First of all, they don’t know what the customer service is. For example, the customer pays for an expensive dental fee. They request x-ray and other treatment. As parents we have the right to talk what’s going on my kid’s status. However, I have never met a dentist. i only spoke to its staff. I am paying money to talk your staff. i did not come to talk to your staff. This is the basic in customer care. Maybe, they could keep their existing customer. I surely tell you. If you are new customer and looking for a dentist, don’t go here

I was inspired to post a positive review today after my appointment at Pathways Dental.
I had a minor chip in my tooth that was being repaired by Dr. Banerjee.
I voiced my concerns regarding matching the shape, size, colour and symmetry.
Dr. Banerjee went out of her way to spend valuable time getting the perfect match and kept adjusting her work so that the tooth colour and symmetry were perfect.
It meant a lot to me that I was able to voice my concerns and she was happy and willing to help me achieve them.
Her table side manner was friendly yet professional and her skill was impressive.

The experience I had with Pathways was exceptional. I was referred to Pathways for an orthodontic consultation. I had already finished braces years ago, but I gradually saw my teeth shifting, so it was something I wanted to fix. When I arrived to my consultation, Dr Stein and his team really took the time to clearly explain everything that was causing the shift. They outlined the three things they look for in a person’s mouth/smile, what steps were needed to correct the issues and a rough estimate for everything. Their suggestion was Invisalign and my treatment was said to be about 6 months.

I have been going here for years but now my wife goes here to. She has anxiety and with the help of the dentist and hygienist they are absolutely wonderful. She has had 2 visits so far and both visits were root canals, they made her feel so comfortable and they were so patient during her visit. I am so glad that Pathways Dental actually cares about their patients. Great place highly recommended!!!
