I have had nothing but great experiences at Hamilton Mountain Dental Group! From reception to the actual dentistry, I received great service. Carol at the front desk was particularly impressive, as she was on-the-ball and had answers for all of my insurance questions.
Amber was also very knowledgeable and exhibited nothing but professionalism when I was sitting in her chair. Overall, I have nothing but positives to say for my first time at Hamilton Mountain Dental Group!

I was having good experience of local needle anaesthesia only three shots done with Dr Mohammad before scaling, but this time I have extreme painful local needle anaesthesia too many deep shots for scaling today with Dr. Kenneth. I was shaking and wanted to cry and he still said I need it to complete. I insisted to stop in the middle way and don't feel pain during the procedure of scaling at all by Amberlee. My husband had appointment for scaling with Dr. Kenneth, he warned me before not do local needle anesthesia with scaling very painful with him. I did not listen and then I really regrate to

I recently got all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed at this dental office and I am very happy with how caring everyone was, from the receptionist, the dentist and his assistant.
They made sure to explain to me everything that will be happening and took extra precaution that I won't feel a thing since I only did the freezing on all 4 of my teeth.
Overall, I will bring my children here for their first appointment forsure.

I gave two stars, because I had a really bad experience with Dr. Kenneth when he gave me local needle anesthesia. I was given local needle anesthesia by another dentist before, it was good, the dentist was gentle and considerate. However, Dr. Kenneth gave me several needles and it hurts a lot. In general, all the other staffs are very nice and professional.

My daughter is afraid of needles, but they did such a great job with her, they froze her mouth first with some sort of gel and then did the needle, which she didn’t feel. The dentist explains exactly what needs to be done and what can wait. The hygienist and secretary were very understanding of my financial situation.

Every person I have interacted with at the clinic is kind, respectful, and aim to help you as best as they can. The professional who cleaned my teeth was Lisa, and she made my (rather overdue) teeth cleaning so much more relaxed than I usually am. She is knowledgeable and helped me search for floss that suited my teeth and permanent retainers. She is really good at making conversation, without being awkward. If you can request someone to take care of your teeth and do cleanings; definitely ask for Lisa! Lovely customer service and everyone really cares.
