Fima= hair wizard ! He took my damaged disaster hair and brought it ( and thus me) back to life. I would highly recommend his eye, creativity and knowledge to anyone that wishes to step out of ‘dull ‘ and get a style and colour that brings a vibrancy & style in to their life . I personally have found a lot of second rate out there, I won’t waste time and money by going to anyone but Fima.

I am new to Okotoks and was looking for a place to go to freshen up my old hair.
I went to Identity Hair Design… after 5 years of box dyes and grey and dull looking hair.
From the moment I walked in I was greeted from such a warm group.
I had the best experience and enjoyed my time there.
Dakota was my stylist and went over everything with me before starting. She was awesome.
The atmosphere was laid back and friendly. I loved my new look and will return again. I recommend Identity Hair Design to anyone who wants great knowledgeable staff and wants to be spoiled.

I went to go see Chelsea at Identity and she certainly surpassed what I ever could have imagined my hair could look like! The colour she gave me was perfect with so many different shades and dimension! I would highly recommend her!! I am so impressed and will definitely be going back to her again and again! I have been a client at Identity for over 3 years and everyone there has treated me amazing. The stylists and owners are all very warm and welcoming while the salon itself is very high-end and clean.My most recent visit there was for a color and cut but my color didn't turn out quite as to what I had envisioned. I let Dakota know and was back in her chair within a day. She corrected it free of charge, was super sweet about it and made sure I left with what I wanted. Thank you for the wonderful customer service and beautiful hair!

I would like to say a huge THANKS to Sophia who is always there to rescue my hair from those nasty gray roots. I love the color Sophia chose for me. identity uses the best quality color I have ever had from a salon. No fading and dimensional, rich color. So shiny and healthy looking. Sophia and Identity are the best!!!

I had a terrible experience! I wanted ombre hair....I was told the best way was to put in hair extensions. My hair is black and they put in a few blonde pieces, all you could see was the white clips holding them in. I went back and had my hair colored instead. They left bleach on my hair for an hour and half and it was fried. When I complained I was told that it was from blowdrying my hair. I spent over three hundred dollars only to go somewhere else to correct it.

I have a thick, course, frizzy hair that I personally don't like that much. It was honestly hard to find a stylist who'll expertly analyzed and cut my type of hair the way I want it. Their stylist Monique surprised me in every way. She took the time to cut my curly hair so it falls down properly when its dry. The result: gorgeous cut and color. The only thing that I regret was not going to this salon as soon as they had opened. And one more thing, the people who work here talk to each other which i dont see much in other salons. Really really like this place!
