Stumbled on this company trying to replace a window operator. I was quoted hundreds of $$$ by contractors. Excellent customer service and they helped me identify the parts needed through photos. Arms were too short, but exchange was quick and painless. Honest enough to tell me only which parts needed to be replaced instead of overselling me on parts I didn't need. I have zero experience, but was able to replace the part myself. Part cost me less then $100. Amazing.

Absolutely amazing customer service. I had trouble finding the screws for an operator I purchased through Window Hardware Company and after a few trips to Home Depot and Amazon without any luck, I reached out to the company for guidance. They went above and beyond and SHIPPED 4 screws to me. The operator itself is a great product and very reasonably priced.

The best place in the GTA for purchasing windows parts.
I needed to replace a couple operators but could not find them at the usual local depots.

I needed new hardware for 4 windows in my house. I visited Window Hardware Company with a few of the parts I needed and pictures of everything. They we very helpful in identifying what I needed and ensure I purchased all the right parts. They even gave me a few installation tips. I was happy with the product but most of all I was very impressed with the customer service and professionalism.
