True North Home Comfort

True North is an excellent company. They are kind and professional. I have always had amazing service even when it's a last minute call! They go out of their way to make sure the issue is fixed quickly and properly. They installed our new furnace two years and did a service call and furnace cleaning this November. James is very through and explains everything as he works which I really appreciate and the other technicians and Val are top notch as well. We would highly company to everyone.

New Hot Water Heater Installation

After searching for a reliable, energy efficient water heater and a reputable contractor to install it, I decided to have True North Home Comfort replace my 17 year old rental with a John Wood unit. True to their word (and name), they were;
• very punctual, arriving within 15 minutes of their earliest estimated start time and work was completed in 2 hours as expected
• clean and tidy; floor mats were used where required, all areas were cleaned after work completion, and old materials were completely

Just had a complete new HVAC system installed in our commercial kennel. Can’t say enough about how positive an experience it’s been dealing with James/Val and the team at True North. Quote done same day I called. Job scheduled next week. Work was completed on time, on budget, and very professionally. Highly recommend this local small business.

Hired this team for a service check on my AC and they even inspected my furnace with it and realized that both needed to be replaced. they were very quick, reliable and professional. easy to communicate with and especially during a global pandemic very understanding and accommodating with payments. customer service was very polite and professional as well and was always willing to answer my calls! love being able to support a local small business that gets the job done correctly the first time!

This company installed a new furnace, air conditioner and hepa cleaner for me. They did an incredible job. Starting from the first visit with Jamie to the 3 men that did the install to Val that promptly answered any of my questions. They were honest, polite and very knowledgeable. Thank you for your work. I would highly recommend True North Home Comfort. They put in our furnace and air conditioner in 2017. Very professional and friendly. Any questions were answered so that anyone could understand. Today we phoned because our furnace wasn't working and James came over and replaced a part that was needed quickly and efficiently.

Great company to work with. They installed our system about 5 years ago. Recently, our furnace wouldn't start. We called on Thursday, and the office was quick to advise that we were still under warranty. Jamie arrived Friday morning, and the system was up and running within 30 minutes. Happy, happy, happy. Would not hesitate to refer them. Great service, friendly staff.
