How Our Home or Office Pick-Up And Delivery System Works is that we provide you with one or two Gellibrand's Dry Cleaning/Laundry bags depending upon how often you require pickups and deliveries. We designate the preferred Pick-up & Delivery days(based on area in city) and discuss any special instructions where the driver is to pick-up the bag(s) and where to deliver the cleaned items.

Wish I could give zero stars. I took my Canada Goose parka here for repair on the cuff of the sleeve. The cuff is not the same length the whole way around and it is about 2 inches and 2 inches thicker shorter compared to the cuff on the other sleeve. I went back to try to get a resolution on this and the seamstress told me that she had done a rushed job on it and charged me less. I had not agreed to this ahead of time or there’s no way I would have left my CANADA GOOSE jacket for a “RUSHED JOB”. I had brought my suit and jacket in to have them dry cleaned, and my overall experience was quite lovely. The staff were very friendly, the prices were fairly set, the service was very fast, and the cleaning was well done. I would recommend Gellibrands Dry Cleaning to anyone who needs to have their clothing dry-cleaned.

I was married in November and was looking for a reputable cleaner to clean my wedding dress. Gellibrand was a godsend. They were beyond pleasant over the phone, provided me a quote, and really made me feel comfortable leaving such an important piece of my history with them. They said it would be about a month to have it cleaned and ready but they surprised me and had it ready in about half the time. Looking for a new cleaners that is closer to home. I just called to ask how much to launder a shirt. JUST 1 shirt. $6.50! I see Dale on an earlier rating stated the same. I appreciate the response from the owner, but my shirts don't need repair. And I can guarantee you are not the one one using "the best soap!". Also when you google the company, a picture of a house shows up not the place of business. For $6.50 a shirt...I think you can at least get this right. Obviously going to stick with my dry cleaners.
