I had a great experience with this business. It was my first time using them and I needed a few dress shirts dry cleaned the same day and they got it done for me. I’m not to familiar with dry cleaning prices but they seemed good to me. I will definitely be using them again and recommend them to others as well!

Took in my fully lined living room drapes and valance to be cleaned. These drapes had not previously been cleaned and I was concerned how this would turn out. The curtains were beautifully cleaned, pressed and I have them back up on the window within four days. Other cleaners had estimated 7 - 14 days to clean and I had no idea of their quality. Thank you Valtone for doing an excellent job!

Update: Well they tried and they failed. The items I left came back in worse condition than when they were dropped off. Covered in lint, and several long black hairs I had to explain to my girlfriend. Nothing was damaged but everything was cleaner than when it was left in their care.
Whoever pressed them must have been learning because I could do a better job in two minutes with a cold iron while hungover.
Needless to say it will be a long time before I think about returning.
Came highly recommended from a reputable retailer, but so far I haven't been impressed with the service.

Dropped off five shirts, confirmed price of $2.50 per shirt. At pick up, charged $6.50 a piece for two shirts deemed "designer" although they had been checked by staff when I dropped them off. The girl at the till was unhelpful even after I showed her my pick up slip that had $2.50 a shirt printed on it, did not explain why two were deemed "designer" shirts nor what made them "designer" shirts. Seems like a bit of a bait and switch; lucky they didn't arbitrarily deem all shirts designer, as that would nearly triple the price of the quoted order and they don't seem to honour their prices given at

Love Valtone for being perc free. Clothes smell clean, not of chemicals and they treat delicate fabrics properly. I had an overdyed silk top that Valtone successfully cleaned at least 15 times. Another cleaner ruined it on one try.
I would have given Valtone 5 stars but I wish they were open until 7 or 8 at least one night per week. I have a hard time getting there by 6 from downtown especially now with the extra traffic and I can't pick up my clothes until Saturday. Also, some long weekends, they are closed on Saturdays so I have to wait two weeks.
