Amazing experience!! Amazing customer service! I had been to a podiatrist and I was told I have plantar fasciitis, they scanned my feet and told me I could order custom insoles my whole appointment was maybe five minutes. I decided to shop around for custom orthotics and came across custom orthotics and the walk shop and I’m so glad I did! They took the time to educate me on plantar fasciitis, shoes & slippers , what to look for when shopping for shoes and so much more. 10/10 recommend this company!!

I love this place. I've been twice and I will be again. I have wide feet and I struggled to find shoes that properly fit me. Not a problem here. The staff are super friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. They have a good selections of great quality footwear.

I am a 63 year old with a lot of medical problems ,one is my feet . I cannot express the care and concern I have received from Tim . Tim is extremely knowledgeable,Educated and has several years of experience with shoes and feet . The girls in reception are truly lovely always helpful and smiling .
If i need shoes there is no one in edmonton that can help me but custom Orthpedic always has a shoes for me.

I had been going to a few different custom orthotic providers over the years and most of them would need 'adjustments' every month or never helped my foot pain. when I came here, it was an entirely different experience. Tim examined my feet, explained my conditions. He gave me tips on how to help with my planters fasciitis. When the orthotics came in and I tried them out, it was instant relief! I've been coming here for over ten years now and still receive the same great service and quality product.

I had phoned Custom Orthopedics to begin my journey of finding a reputable and integrity based place to get orthotics for my shoes. I do not recall whom I spoke with, but she was very professional, helpful and patient as I asked her many questions on the process, insurance claims, etc. I suffer with intensely painful Achilles Tendonitis and hoped to find some relief, so I booked an assessment right away.
The greeting I received was warm, welcoming and organized. Then I met Tim, the Pedorthist. Tim was super friendly, knowledgable and answered any questions I had. He provided me with much “take

I have had issues with my feet since I was a small child. Started wearing orthotics 25 years ago. Two years ago I tore of my achilles tendon on my left foot, and was blessed to meet my foot surgeon, who repaired that, then he recently did foot surgery on my right foot, he moved my heel over a lot. I then I needed a new pair of orthotics and he recommended going to custom orthotics. I have never been so impressed with the service with the knowledge that I received. I highly recommend them. Bonus also is the humour u will recurve as well. Large amount of stock on footwear as well.

I have been looking for shoes for the last year and a half with no luck. I have called or emailed what feels like every store in Edmonton. Yesterday I went to see Tim and he was extreamily knowlageable about both footwear and feet. When I told Tim about the injurys I have he was ensuring and he was very eagger and willing to work around my handy caps.

I had a a really hard time looking for a 14 2E extra deep shoe. I have tryed on up to 6E with no luck because the top of my foot was too low. I will be back to custom Orthopedic for my next pair of shoes

Last year I bought a great pair of Cambrians and now the Velcro has become frayed. As well the straps always were a little long, so I called them up and asked about getting new Velcro sewn on. They said no problem $10 per strap and they can also shorten up the straps, trim them after new Velcro is sewn in shortened location. And it would only be ready overnight, so next day.
I go there and yup now problem, we'll put new Velcro on the tops strap in properly shortened spot. And well move the bottom one's over and shorten it up. Be two days. And $10 per strap.
4 days later it's finally

This is my second time visiting after my father's custom orthotics. Referred myself back here because he was so satisfied with his. Tim and Cathy were so accommodating to me from the beginning on the phone to inquire and when I got my sizing done. Tim is your certified Pedorthist, a patient and educated man. Not to waste time, Tim was very organized and along the way when sizing, Tim would educate me about my foot and why all this mattered. I was very intrigued by the whole anatomy of the foot and leg - I can see

Great shoes. I like the selection and I frequently come here to find comfortable work shoes (heels). The shoes look nice and the staff are readily available to assist me and offer me suggestions.
