These guys are absolutely awesome! Great price for a full day electric bike rental and extremely convenient location. The guy who rented us our bikes gave a fantastic recommendation to ride around the golf course. Initially we thought that sounded pretty lame but we had the time and energy after circling Lake Minnewanka so we went for it. It ended up being the highlight of the day! We even got to watch a dozen or so elk wandering around the paths and grazing on grass (including a rutting bull elk - yes we kept our distance).

We were in on Sunday to rent a couple bikes and a trailer for our family bike ride and I must say the staff here are exceptional! They even let us come in and swap my daughters bike because she wasn't comfortable with the one we originally rented. The prices are super reasonable and we had the best time. Will be coming back in the future for sure! Keep up the good work guys.

Friendly. Frequent. Dated. Rented a 4 day ski package here and returned after 2 days due to dull edges and limited selection of alternative ski options. Mostly Fischer and Rossi(?) skis so if you're looking for other brands or skis that don't look like they've been through battle by 2/3 through season, look elsewhere. Staff is friendly and I'm sure they do a good business being right off the strip but I found other shops in town that offered far fresher rentals.

All I can say is that this shop is amazing! I got a full tune for $55 ($42 US with exchange on my card) and it is hands down the best tune I've ever gotten. My board was beat to hell and it looks brand new. Even the tiniest of scratches and dings were patched. To top it off, we dropped out boards off at 3pm on New Years Eve and then were delivered to our hotel at no extra charge between 10pm and 2am the same night! On. New. Years. Eve. Amazing value, amazing work and great service. I can't recommend these guys enough.

If what you're looking for is glacially slow service by a group of stoned monkeys, then rent your gear here. In addition, if you'd like to be fitted twice, because they lose your gear between the fitting and the register, this is your place. After all, what better use of an hour and a half of valuable vacation time could there be than watching a bunch of pot heads running around in circles?

I got a premium tune for my skis, which included patching up a couple of spots on the bottom of my ski with P-tex. After just 2 days off skiing with the tuned skis, the P-tex cracked, and has started to come out. When I called the shop, they said they could not help me, since I had already left Banff and could not come back into the shop to have the work redone. They declined to offer a partial refund, and tried to insinuate that the work failed because my ski (2 year old Salomon q90) was of inferior quality. Very disappointed, and I'd recommend you look elsewhere for any repairs on your skis
