We rented two mountain bikes. Super good service. The bikes are of good quality and in good condition. The guy who greeted us explained very well the best trails for our levels and took a lot of time to detail the trail map. Exceptional service. The business is in town so you will have to take trails to get back up to the mountain base camp. However, it's worth it because it gives you great views of the mountains and it gives you access to the Soft Yogurt trail to get back which is fun to do. The prices are also really reasonable. I recommend you to go and do business with them.

Very happy with the advice and quality of the mountain bikes provided. Joe and Michal took great care in getting the right fitting, size, tire pressure and features. Located a short from the Nordic Center, was ideal getting to the trails quickly. We were also provided helmets and locks at no extra charge.

Great Experience. Was on a mountain biking trip for the weekend and had dropped by to pick up a new pair of pedals and to get chain lube. Staff offered to put the pedals on and as we were talking I had mentioned my chain keeps falling off. They had a quick look at it and my derailer was just a tad off so they adjusted it for me. Thank you again, will definitely come back the next time !

I was visiting Canmore and needed a place to make repairs on an older mountain bike. The mechanics at rebound went above and beyond to search for unusual parts, and made me a great deal on some used ones. They were happy to let me test ride a new bike, and had plenty of time for me even in the middle of a busy Saturday. Overall my experience was 10/10, highly recommended.

Rebound is 'Bike Central' when it comes to Canmore. Besides the great sales and service (which I've been using a lot), they host terrific group rides all through the year. They always strive to ensure you are getting the best possible experience, from purchasing the right bike, to improving your riding skills, and getting the very best service when you need it.

The service at Rebound is outstanding. They have a wide variety of bikes (including road) and they are very well maintained. The staff are increasingly sweet and very knowledgeable.
I lost a ring on their premise and they kept it safe until I could retrieve it at the end of my ride. They go above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family to friends. As a results of their kindness and honesty they have a return customer for life.
Thanks Rebound!

This bicycle shop has a great positive attitude and first class customer service. We tried shops closer to the center of town, but the were overwhelmed or could produce 4 bikes for rent. REBOUND had us up and riding right away, questions answered, tips, maps and great recommendations as well.
Start there first. You won't be disappointed!

A great spot in Canmore to rent a bike. They have four different bikes rent, mountain bikes, fat tire bikes, road bikes, and an electric assist bike. Price range goes from $60-$100 for the day and there's half price after 2 PM. They're super helpful when it comes to advice on where to ride, whether it's for some cross country mountain biking, down hill riding, or some trail riding. My wife and I rode the Legacy Trail between Canmore and Banff and it was amazing! The views are it if this world and you get to stop whenever you feel like it, unlike a car. It takes about one to two

I think your experience here will really depend on the employee you interact with. While John S. certainly had an excellent experience, we definitely felt pressured to have our bikes back exactly half an hour before closing (the guy mentioned this at least 15 times in the less than 5 minutes we interacted with him). We were also a bit annoyed that he mentioned the half day rate (starts at 1pm), but wouldn't give it to us until EXACTLY 1pm. We were hanging around the store for an hour and no one else was renting the bikes at full price, so he could have easily just done us a solid and given

A friend and I rented a couple of bikes to ride out to Banff. Not only did we return them late, but we returned them after they were closed. We had called from Banff to let them know we weren't going to make it back on time, and the gentleman I spoke with reassured us that it wasn't a big deal. In fact, he said to give him a call on his cell when we got back to town and he would come back to the store to let us in. No guilt, no worry, no frustration... he was just glad we were enjoying ourselves. If you're looking to rent bikes in the Bow Valley, this is where I think you should
