We offer a full range of family practice services in our clinic. We have 5 physicians, 2 female and 3 male, who offer medical services to their patients, as well as working in our urgent care clinic. Some of these physicians are accepting new patients. Please speak to the receptionist for details. We offer women's health, child health, minor surgery and general medicine services along with other standard care.
Pap smears - All family physicians offer this service to their patients. We are happy to accommodate those women who would like to see one of the female physicians to have a pap test (depending on availability). Please speak to the appropriate MOA (medical office attendant). For pap schedules, refer to the: BC Cancer website.
We offer all child health services at our office, apart from routine immunizations. These services include routine baby checks, growth assessments, detection of early developmental problems and identifying those children who are failing to thrive. We have a dedicated children's waiting area.
If your child has a high fever, with or without a rash, breathing difficulties, any cyanotic spells (bluish discoloration), please inform the reception staff at the time of check in.

Their system during covid is terrible. Their phone system does not work half the time and yet they still try to blame the patients who have been trying to check-in for appointments. They have known their phone system is broken as they have told me, yet they are not posting it on their front door and patients are losing their appointments.
Dr Latti is excellent, we put up with the incompetent reception just so we can see her.

I read through the comments before writing my review. My experience at this clinic was nothing but positive. The receptionists are nice and Dr Mogga was caring and listened to my concerns. I've spoken to him many times and every time he was respectful and showed empathy and willingness to help. Maybe they've read the previous reviews and realized they have to change some things, who knows.
Anyway, thank you for the service. Especially with the pandemic going on, I understand it can be stressful sometimes.

I've been unable for 4 months to physically see a doctor in person despite asking every time I book an appointment. The appointment booking is fraught with issues on average its multiple phone calls till I get through because they don't book appointments in advance. There seems to be little in the way of understanding and although when I do book an appointment its either same day or following day the fact everything is done over the phone without an in person consultation is frustrating. As well as no explanation as to options or alternatives.

Went to this clinic last week and saw a dr because I was having problems with one of my eyes. The dr looked at my eye for less than 10 seconds said I was suffering from dry eye. I has asked him to refer me to a optometrist but he refused.gave me a 20.00 prescription. After suffering for days I went to another clinic today and the dr immediately referred me to a optometrist. The optometrist found an object behind my eyelid that was scratching my cornea every time I blinked. . The dr in this clinic made me suffer for days, waste money on a prescription and damage my cornea. Stay away.

If I could give Dr. Mogga a zero I would. Following a bad experience with him and a family member having a bad experience, I had to see him again. After months of dealing with Dr. Latti for a WCB case she listened to me and helped me. She is amazing and I couldnt be happier with her. Then they requested I go see a doctor for another opinion in person (due to Dr. Latti being out of office for COVID.) I went to see him and while in the room he barely said anything to me, rarely acknowledged what I was saying and then said goodbye. I got a call a few days later from WCB telling me he had sent in a

I give this review 5 stars as my Dr. Latti really deserves 10 stars.
I would like to have give no stars due to there approach to handling cash during this COVID pandemic. In picking up a doctors note, the only method of payment was cash. No one else is accepting cash except the doctors office where the sick go.

Excellent experience here with reception then with Dr Sommi and Dr Lee. New to the country and needed an appointment before I was eligible for a care card (have to be in the country for 3 months first). Phoned around for walk in clinics that would see private patients, and found prices for an appointment ranging from $50 to $180. Pitt Meadows was actually only $50 (note you can only pay with cash) and had the best online reviews so it was well worth the drive from Vancouver. I needed an appointment due to mental health issues (anxiety) and I have had some poor experiences with doctors in the past
