Hi, my name is Dr. Jackie. I am a Veterinarian, and the Practice Owner. Being a co-op student in an animal hospital back in 1992 affirmed my deep love of animals and I knew I was in the right field. I feel very strongly about advocating on the behalf of all animals since they do not have a voice of their own.

Hey, my name is Sharon and I am the Hospital Administrator. I have had the privilege of working here since we opened in 1997. My career in this field actually began by accident when I was in high school, but happily became my life-long endeavour. I am passionate about making sure that every animal we see receives nothing but the best care and never leaves without a cookie and a cuddle.

This facility is incredibly friendly, thorough, professional and patient. I have lived in many different places so I have been to several different veterinarian clinics over the past 30+ years. By far, the folks at this location are my favourite. All the staff are knowledgeable and welcoming. I also feel that they are not out to "squeeze every penny" out of their clients. (I have experienced this in the past at other locations.) The pricing is very cost effective, competitive and fair. In the past 7 years, I have never felt I was being gouged. I highly recommend this clinic and the people who work

My dog has an ear infection
I paid for an exam 4 months ago over the phone to get drops. The staff did want another exam, I was very frustrated by having to pay for 2 exams in a few months for the same issue. Since then Dr.Jackie had called me to follow up, she has agreed to get Marvin the drops needed, it did take 2 days and Marvin did have pain for those 2 days. However, the staff member who had answered the phone and had dealt with this issue was the main problem, the staff member could use some retraining as I was a very upset and frustrated client and she said and I quote " post a bad google

I recently moved to the area, and was afraid of finding a vet that's more into the money than the animals, or a vet that doesn't do a thorough check up. Brought my girl Yuna and was extremely happy about the prices! The vet told me everything going on with her (heart, teeth, nasal, and a lot more). Thankfully, she came checked out a healthy girl. I wanted to also get a blood test to be sure, and the vet was absolutely not pushy at all (she said because my kitty checked out to be healthy, a blood test may not be necessary, and I can save some coin). Amazing service! recently rescued a bunny from a bad home and he had never had his nails clipped :( they took such good care of him and even gave me a pet carrier for him because they knew i didn’t have one yet. they wrapped him up in a blanket and gave him some tangerine. That melted my heart. Since the nail cut, he has improved so much. Thank you guys for taking care of teddy bear <3

Just wanted to update my review and say that these guys are very nice and professional and were able to accomadate my premie kitty Marley when she was pretty sick and as far as I am concerned I will be using these guys from now on when it comes to both of my cats.
