Should get zero stars. This old man owner is not about service. The old man owner will do his best to ensure you don't get your boat back for a Looooooonnnggg time. Week after week it's "done by next week at the latest" but then new excuses come up. Like "can't reach technician 2x, 6x, need special person to get job done, need special tools so outside mechanic can't come in, need parts, got parts but technician arrived and was not told our boat was there to work on the whole day even though he was parked next to it, put legs on but had to take them off to

Very unprofessional to work with, I had an appointment for that day but they couldn't promise my boat would be lifted because they were very busy. but the operator said if I bought him beer then he would do skip the next boat and lift mine first... yes true story ! the owner doesnt care because he has a monopoly on that dock and knows u have no choice but to use hes lift. have fun :/

So...long story but worth reading if you want to deal with them...I dropped a prop off to get tuned on a friday...when i call back a week later, the front desk person says " we're just getting ready to send it out"..i ask what took so long..." my manager was away " ???? So..given the week before Xmas and I need a good prop, I order one from them. When it arrives..my wife picks it up and its the wrong size ! I call..she apologizes that they shipped her the wrong prop and the prop is returned on my behalf.. I am then charged a $20 restocking fee... this was yesterday..you can imagine my call ( or
