Words cannot explain how reassuring Dr. Power is. She ensured I was comfortable, relaxed, and informed me with all I needed to know, including calling me post op to check on me! Dr. Power excised two steatocystomas for me. She is absolutely lovely and an excellent surgeon. I'm extremely happy with the cosmetic result. She was never rushed and patiently talked me through the procedure and the post-op care instructions. It is clear that she has the patient's best interests in mind, as she talked me out of removing another steatocystoma as she did not feel that the lesion was prominent enough to warrant excision and a scar. Her attentiveness is reflected in how much she remembers about her conversations from prior appointments.

I had a small procedure that I was referred to Dr. Power for. I was nervous. She reassured me. Consult went smooth. Surgery day came and went quick and painless. I was in and out in no time. Dr. Power was fast and professional. Even chatting during the surgery to calm me down. Receptionist helped wrap up and I was out the door. Very happy with the service.

I recently had a lump removed from my right arm. Needless to say, I was extremely anxious knowing that I would only have a local anesthetic. From the moment I was greeted by Dr. Power that morning she put me at ease and talked me through (relieved my tension) the procedure which lasted about one hour. After one week, I saw her again for a post-op review and to remove the stitches. I thank Dr. Power for turning what could be a frightening experience for me into a healing one. Note: I should have listened to my wife and had the procedure 4 years ago when the lump was much smaller.

I had a flesh colored mole removed from between my eyebrows so smack in the middle of my face and was very nervous about it leaving a large incision scar. Dr. Power walked me through the whole process and was very knowledgeable, made me feel right at ease.
It's been 2 weeks since i got the mole removed and it is healing very well and the incision site is almost invisible. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my face except for Dr.Power she is VERY SKILLED AND PRECISE i would 100% recommend her if you are looking for a cosmetic surgeon. Both the receptionists at the front are very pleasant and helpful

Dr. Power is outstanding. As an OHIP referred patient I had a very positive experience and found Dr Power to be professional and very competent. She has a wonderful calming manner and put me at ease immediately. I also found Jennifer the receptionist to be excellent. She was very warm, approachable and also contributed to helping me feel at ease and comfortable prior to the surgery. I would certainly recommend Dr Power.

I recently attended Dr. Stephanie Power's office for a consultation regarding a minor surgical procedure. I was pleasantly surprised to find that Dr. Power was prepared to perform the surgery during this visit rather than reschedule and have me return at a later date. Nice to know that she considered my time as important as hers. We were done in about 15 minutes and the outcome is excellent. Thank you Dr. Power.

Rude, dismissive and treats you like an inconvenience if you’re an OHIP covered patient. Dr. Power: you took an oath. Remember that when you actively choose to treat elective surgery patients better than OHIP patients. Your office is a joke. You are officially the least pragmatic doctor I’ve ever had the disservice of meeting.

Dr. Power is definitely the most professional doctor I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. She is kind, answered all my questions and explained the entire procedure. From the time the appointment was booked, her staff were courteous and professional. The appointments ran on schedule and she was so pleasant to deal with.
