I’ve always had a great experience with Dr. Pirani, he is just amazing at what he does. I’ve had fillers with other surgeons in Toronto as well but once I met with Dr. Pirani I’ve been going to him only. The best part is he never sells services that you don’t need or pushes you for anything at all and always listens to your concerns and advises accordingly. He also makes sure to keep you informed about the procedure risks as well. The staff is also great and accommodating. Bonus: I never get bruises with him, highly recommend him!

I flew from Edmonton to Toronto just to have surgery with Dr.Pirani. I am around 4 months post breast augmentation, and truthfully I never write reviews, but for Dr. Pirani I just have to. There is a reason why Dr.Pirani is one of the top rated surgeons in Toronto- and no, despite the high amount of 5 stars it's not cause they ask their patients to write reviews- rather its because Dr.Pirani and Naushin go above and beyond in every way to ensure their patient has the best possible experience.

Dr. Pirani and Naushin make an excellent pair that made me feel so cared for and comfortable throughout this entire experience. Dr. Pirani was always able to answer every question i had and calm any of my nerves especially in the OR. An honest and trustworthy surgeon that I would definitely recommend and I am already soooo happy with my results!!

I can't enthuse enough about my experience with Dr. Pirani and his entire team. Easy to book and pleasant to work with, the staff were phenomenal from start to finish.
Dr. Pirani himself is amazing. He seeks to educate and assure. He made sure that I understood the procedure I was going in for (botox), it's impacts and effects. He is masterful in his work and despite being someone who was hesitant around getting this procedure, I felt as though I was in good hands. I will definitely go back!

I went to many different plastic surgeons in hopes to receive breast augmentation fitting for my wants and needs. Dr. Pirani was the only one who listened and took into consideration everything I asked for, he took the time to explain all the pro’s and all the con’s of surgery and the sizing of the breast augmentation itself.
