Whether you are looking for incense, dream catchers, crystals & stones, or exotic decorative pieces for your home & office - Namaste has it all.
You will not be automatically booked with your "regular therapist" and if you do not alert us of a gender preference you will be booked with whoever is available at your requested time. However, when booking online through our website there is an option to chose male or female therapist or a specific therapist.

Microdermabrasion is a noninvasive cosmetic procedure. The Esthetician sprays or rubs fine crystals onto the skin with a wand that gently exfoliates the surface, removing the top layer. The aim is to make the skin appear younger. The procedure should not be painful. We estimate that it takes 30-40 minutes for the face and 20 minutes for the neck.
Dermaplaning is a skin treatment that uses an exfoliating blade to skim dead skin cells and hair from your face. It's also called Microplaning or Blading. Dermaplaning aims to make your skin's surface smooth, youthful, and radiant. It's also used to remove "peach fuzz, " the short, soft hairs on your face.

Absolutely recommend to anyone looking for real help the atmosphere is perfect calming and relaxing every therapist I've worked with is very kind professional and easy to interact with. I've had issues with back pain for years and everytime I go in they straighten me out and help relieve my pain/discomfort and push me in the right direction. The staff truly loves what they do

I have gotten a number of massages at Namaste, everytime I literally felt the stress and tension melt awat. Each time, I leave feeling better than the last. My masseuse Seeba, I highly recommend. She has magic fingers, is very accomadating, stong and attentive. I will see no one else but her going forward.
Namaste is clean, well equiped, quite and relaxing. 10/10 will go again!

Not really happy with the booking procedure here. Booked an appointment online and received a confirmation email that the appointment was confirmed but that they will need more info before showing up to the appointment. Called the next day to provide the information but they cancelled our booking and had already filled our spots.
It would have been great if you could have called or even emailed that you were going to give up our spots before cancelling us as there was no indication on the confirmation email that it was time sensitive.

I visit the Sherwood Park area once a month and this is definitely a stop I make every time. They have all your needs from the top of your head to the tips of your toes. Exotic holistic oils that make you feel as if you are floating. They really have something for everyone.
