We contacted Rob from Pacific Spas and told him that an inline gate valve in our 2008 Calypso hot tub had broken. He informed us that he would be in our area late the next day. He showed up just as he said he would. Rob worked tirelessly into the evening for 3 hours removing and replacing the valve and had it in perfect working condition. His workmanship was exceptional and the invoice was more than reasonable. I would recommend Rob and his company for any and all of your hot tub requirements. I have since contacted Rob for replacement neck pillows and drink tray. His price and delivery of these

Rob Swatzky was amazing. I called him about an older tub that we had inherited from my brother-in-law. He set me up with a great repairman locally; I live in Vancouver and Rob is in Edmonton. He got me all the parts that I needed for the older tub. He was reasonable, knowledgable, friendly and a great guy to work with. He’s very knowledgable when it comes to gecko tubs. Abosloutelt horrible experience with these people. Not only were they 2 months late delivering the hotub they delivered it with a used hot tub cover that was finally changed out for a new one 6-7 months later. The heater on the hot tub crapped out in the first year which was an $850 fix and that's not the only issue. The hot tub has been leaking from day 1. Phoned to ask for assistance/customer service multiple times and till this day, none! Strongly recommend staying away from this place!

Darcy's customer service is unbeatable. He helped repair our "as is where is" hot tub when we bought our house. He knew exactly what the problem was and had the parts on hand. He explained maintenance in thorough detail and was available after hours for support. If you're in the market for a tub or need a repair call these guys.
