The food, although not super flavorful is very nice looking. Ultimately very healthy like the way a Zone diet should be. I am satisfied with the food for sure.
The customer service (specifically communication) is very poor. No response to my voicemails left... ever. So my advice to you is that you must be certain when purchasing your meal package / selections cause you will have no one to talk to after.

At the beginning of October, we organized an internal conference for about 100 young professionals in downtown Toronto and required food for breakfast and lunch. Overall, our experience left to be desired.
The lunch was good, but it arrived without plates when we had specifically asked for them (and had been confirmed to us). The man in charge of the delivery said he would send someone to retrieve some but they never came back. Thankfully, our venue had paper plates on hand. Things get missed in bigger orders and mistakes happen so I understand.

I'm currently working as a driver for the school lunch program. I have been with them almost 2 yrs. I take pride in delivering nutritious lunches to many different schools. My boss Jenn is accommodating with my schedule and listens to my ideas . The staff are friendly and willing to help at any time. Would recommend the food, very tasty. Great job for a retired person like myself.

Proof is with the child, my guy is very happy with his school hot lunches, and in fact is very disappointed over times when we have chosen to switch over to home brought. I am surprised by the very negative reviews. The price point is exceptional, all should understand that some things travel better than others & it has taken time to dial in what he really likes. There is a VERY comprehensive menu & two portion sizes are offered.For those environmentally sensitive Rose has made great strides with our school on waste and recycling. Portions for breakfast are very small and some of the meal options are extremely unappetizing. Our group has found various debris in their food. One person found a large shard of glass in their soup, others have found sand-like debris in the quinoa, pieces of plastic in their salads--and the list goes on. I have never eaten my food with so much apprehension, for fear of finding a dangerous stray object in it. I would not recommend this company at all!

Used this catering company for a lunch and learn I was doing. This office was close to my work so it was convenient for pick up. Service was perfect, food ready and packaged on time. I called 5 mins before to let them know I was arriving and they made sure everything was ready. Salads looks delicious. I only got to try the sandwiches and they tasted great and it was affordable. I got more than what I expected. There was a lot left over.

I had lunch catered for two days while on a location shoot. The crew, models and my client all loved the food. Kept everyone energized. Rose Reisman Catering also had delicious gluten free and veggie options, so everyone was happy. Great experience.
