The only positive thing about this company is the owner Evelinne, who in my brief interactions with, I believe is committed to a high level of customer service. Unfortunately the 2 employees I have dealt with over the past several years do not seem to have the same commitment. In the process of getting a quote several years ago, I had one agent there tell me when I was asking about an error on the quote, that he could get a quote that was speedy or accurate, however he could not do both! Yes, he actually said exactly that!

My rating is of the customer service of Caliber. It is good. It is prompt. I dealt with Gavin. Often, third party insurance brokers are at the firing line, bearing the brunt of massive negative sentiment of the public against the companies, whose products they peddle. It is not fair. I should know. So, if you are mad at an insurance company, let the broker know so that they will not mistake you for being mad at them. The brokers do not write the content of the policy. Gavin is one of the best broker you could find. I moved from another province and he was able to help me and get me the best insurance discount.
