I had exceptional service with care and detail at Rodan Jewellers. They are located on Main Street near 28th Ave in Vancouver. I had used their services at Brentwood Mall and my friend had highly recommended them so it was an easy decision to drive to their new location. I sat with Robert for 90 minutes as he helped me assess some jewellery. I learned a lot and never felt rushed. It was a great experience and I will definitely go back to the store.

When my diamond fell out of my engagement ring and lost forever I was devastated. The first place I thought of who could help me with my dilemma was Rodan Jewellers. Rob was kind and compassionated and got to work right away to find a diamond equal to the one I had. He not only found the perfect diamond, it was exactly the same as the original. I had one stone, one ring, a watch, two pairs of earrings, and two necklaces that needed work. Two of the Tahitian pearls needed new chains, a watch that belonged to my husband's mother needed a new covering and a battery, a tanzanite stone needed to be set in a ring and an emerald ring needed to be re-designed and re-set. Over the years I have had the pleasure of getting to know the staff. They are all super friendly and very helpful. For the Black Friday deals I could not make it to the store and I really appreciate all the efforts Carolyn put in to emailing me info and pictures so that I could make a decision.

Owner Rob Davidson did an amazing job guiding us through the custom creation of my gorgeous engagement ring. He was patient and truly enthusiastic while he brought in unique diamonds for us to choose from.
We were welcomed warmly by his staff at each visit and were impressed with the entire design process.

I had an amazing experience at Rodan Jewellers Vancouver. I recently inherited my Grandmother's Wedding rings, but they needed to be resized and restored before I was comfortable wearing them. Rob spent time with me going over all my options and what the estimated costs would be. He made the most wonderful suggestion to fuse the two rings together to make them stronger (as opposed to building new bands) which ended up being a modest cost-saver as well. I'm so glad we were able to restore them without altering their design. They look brand new again! Not to mention the fact that they were able to

Best jewelry shopping experience I have ever had! Arturo was so knowledgeable and helpful in resetting my engagement ring. He gave me numerous options and encouraged me to choose the one that made most sense for me. Prices were reasonable and the jewelry they have is gorgeous! Big thank you to Mitchell and staff for taking amazing care of resizing, resetting and engraving my engagement ring. They came highly recommend from family so knew my ring would be safe there. After over a year of going in to jewellery stores to see if I could get my wedding bands cut off and being told to go to an emergency room, I walked into Rodan's at Brentwood Town Centre yesterday. After wearing them for over 35 years, my finger had outgrown my rings and I could not get them off. I walked in and asked the first young man I saw,… and he said of course and would I like it done immediately? He went and got his tools and got them off in minutes! I was so relieved, and they didn't even charge me! I will definitely go back in once my finger has reformed itself. Thank you so much

Every time I came in, I sought out Sergey's service - he's fantastic to work with! Very good product knowledge and doesn't upsell, just purely informative (I like this). He also has this gentle kind demeanor that we like.
Now that our items are purchased, we sometimes pop in to get my ring cleaned and they always do so with no questions asked. I love how blingy and sparkly my ring looks after

I chose to go to Rodan because they gave me the cheapest estimate to get a sterling silver ring resized. Their customer service is excellent don't get me wrong, but when they actually got to resizing it, I was told it would cost a total of $80 because they needed to round the band and plate it with rhodium or it would "look bad". So the day i picked it up the associate kept insuring me that they did a wonderful job... but after going home and inspecting it further, I could totally see where they "fused" it back together and the fuse was slightly raised and rough! In particular, Mitchell drove all the way out to Surrey to pick up some items from the store's old Guilford location because they were out of stock at the Brentwood mall location. Going above and beyond my expectations is an understatement!
What's awesome is that I get the same excellent service when buying inexpensive earrings or buying a ring!
The staff are very knowledgable, and not pushy! They even have tea and cookies during special events.

When I entered this shiny, sparkly new location the three staff I noted all seemed to be helping customers so I patiently stood quietly near the Pandora section (because I had to size up my recently received gift). Not only did the black sweater non-name tag gal not acknowledge me at any point (a "hi be right with you" would have minimally been appreciated) but at no time during the 10-15 minute wait did she look my way (I was literally standing right beside her).
