Our alarm system is the most technologically advanced system available, and all jewellery is stored in a UL-rated fire-safe vault. We are also located next door to the New Westminster Police Department. Services
All loans are good for a term of three (3) months. Interest is charged at 5% per month or part of a month, simple interest. The minimum charge is $3.00 for the first month or part of a month, and $2.00 for each additional month or part of a month. We usually allow one business day of grace when calculating interest charges.
All items must be clean and presentable with serial numbers intact and legible. Electronic items, i.e. laptops, tablets, iPods, etc. must be charged to be looked at for loans. We reserve the right to refuse any item. Video Game Systems (w/ 1 controller, 1 game, hookups, adapter) (Call first to see if acceptable).
If you require more time than three (3) months, a loan may be renewed at our discretion by paying the interest accrued at the end of the three (3) months. When this is done, we will issue a new pawn ticket valid for an additional three (3) months.
If you are unable to pay interest charges on or before the due date, on request we will hold the item(s) for a maximum of seven (7) days past the original expiration date for an additional charge in the equivalence of one month's interest.Royal City Jewellers retains the right to deny such a request.

They claim to give you top dollar for your jewelry but that is absolutely not true. They say to take the lowest price it appears on eBay or another selling venue and they will give you 10% of that. So for a $450 brand new watch they’ll give you $45, why would anyone take that!! Don’t bother wasting the money on parking!

The underside of my ring had worn through. I hated to think how much it was going to cost to repair! The quote $35. When i went in for pickup the ring had been repaired to perfection.....buffed and shined. It looked like the day i bought it! Then when I was paying the lady said....'would you like me to clean all your rings as a gift'.. when i get exceptional service i feel obligated to share. Therefore this post!

The lady names Nicky was very helpful. No pushiness. She wrapped my purchase with a bow and treated me very well like I had been a friend for years. It was a very easy comfortable experience to buy a piece of jewellery. At this time of year it can be stressful bit i felt right at home here. When you come to buy anything here see Nicky😊.
