Older man who works here, not wearing a mask, tried to get me to come indoors and have an already open iced capp! Totally bizarre and predatory behaviour. On a separate occasion, younger man (his son?) assured me that the fix for my shoes is so easy and will last ages. Unfortunately they broke again after a few wears, and while I understand that this isn't completely in the staff's control, the fake assurance just seemed unnecessary. Just be honest that this kind of material doesn't last long with this kind of glue and then I can make my own decision on whether something is worth fixing.

I come to this place for my shoe repair for the last 5 years. Clients can expect the best prices, amazing quality and work always done on time. Needed a couple of keys cut and they were done quickly and they worked.
I’ve used other key cutting places in the past, and there was always a bit of back and forth, as the keys weren’t cut exactly to fit the lock. It’s a hassle to have to bring the keys back to get another pass.
That didn’t happen here, all the keys I got cut I tested right away and they all worked on the first try.

Never again, better buy new shoes, this guy charge to me $12 dollars just for put glue in the front part of the running shoes of my son, next time new shoes or take from any store a gorillas glue.
Some months ago we had the same issue with my daughter shoes so my husband took them to a place close to his job and their charge him $4 dollars and the shoes are ok, soooooo I thought this place for the same issue will be the same but $12 wow.🤦♀️🤷♀️

I don't know why the rating is so high. I came here for half sole protection, and he totally destroyed my luxury brand shoes, 2 pairs of Jimmy Choo which I wore it only once on my wedding, and one brand new Manolo Blahnik. He sanded the original shoes edges, and not clean edge for the shoe protection. I was really upset, I didn't pay him to destroy my shoes! I should ask for compensation but I did not! If you have luxury shoes, please visit 372 Hwy 7, Richmond Hills, it is way better than this store.

This is a fantastic shoe repair store. Prices are better than anywhere else. I brought this guy my beat up worn boots. I was going to throw them out but decided I'll just try to see if he can fix the heals and I'll use them for one more winter. When I went to pick them up I couldn't believe my eyes! He fixed my heals and glued the gaps on the sides of my boots. He polished them. My boots looked brand new. WOW!!! The guy is very nice too.
