Repaired my laptop perfectly! It's running so smoothly now. Had to have my hard drive replaced and he did it perfectly! Has great pricing compared to other places I had called and no wait time other places told me it would take 2 weeks! Will be coming back everytime i have computer problems!! Highly recommend!

I need to get data from my computer as my connection for the power was broke. I ask he if he could fix it and he said no. Then he informed me he could get the data off it for me. I agreed and he picked it up. He charged my $135.00 for a memory stick with the data on it. He also charged the computer which is all I was looking for in the first place. He downloaded 23 GB, I went through my computer and downloaded 49 GB of data. I got twice as much data in an hour then he did in a day. I would not deal with this guy at all.

Dr. Geek is amazing. Yousef is a pure genius. I called him when my school computer stopped working suddenly and he was able to come over the same day and take my computer to fix it. He worked countless hours on it and got it back to me within less than 24 hours completely fixed! He is a real life saver. Thank you again Yousef!

We had a desktop & a laptop both fail & dropped them off to Youssef on Monday PM. Both back in my office working great by Wednesday AM. The desktop needed a new hard drive & I had a very specialized program on it I could not afford to lose. No problem, Youssef had every program, every bit of data on the new drive. Very impressed & will recommend his skills to anyone.Very efficient & reasonable rates.

I want to take a minute to thank Dr. Geek for his prompt, professional and amazing service! My laptop is my economic lifeline and Youssef had my laptop up and running in about 30 minutes (when Microsoft and Asus tech support desks spent hours with no success leaving me with the impression that Windows 10 would require a full install and I would lose all of my data in the process).

After corresponding by email about my computer, we finally established that my video card needs replacing. He asked the model number of my computer, I emailed the info to him and his response was, "I don't have that video card in stock". I emailed him back confused by his response. Is it the only video card that will work with my computer? Can it not be ordered? What kind of customer service is this? His response, "I don't have the part" and that's it.
