This is the second time I have been to see Ray for repairs. I damaged my valuable (to me) late 2011 17" Macbook Pro after getting a new hard drive and OS. Ray understood the respect I had for my warhorse, and even repaired 2 items that I did not even ask to be repaired. The price for ALL the work, both asked for and extra, was very reasonable. I am very happy and confident to take this old classic machine to Ray, and definitely will do so in the future.

Very quick to determine my problem and give a quote. Once the replacement part arrived, the repair was done the next day. Ran into a small problem afterward, and they helped me fix it that same day. Very friendly and I appreciated how they explained what was done. Only complaints would be a small added cost for double sided tape, and that things don't seem to be sitting quite right since they glued it back together, but both those issues came up since my laptop only uses glue and no screws.

I am so happy that I have found this company. I needed someone to set up lightroom since I needed it for my work. I also had some other computer issues. Ray is professional, and truly a computer genius. He is also reasonably priced compared to other companies. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I am always a bit skeptical about taking my laptop places and after checking 3 places this one is by far the best. Ray is strait to the point and knew what was wrong in 5 seconds, plus he's a really nice guy and easy to commutate with.
